I've had two projects done here so far and both have had issues. The first one could be summed up with shifting completion dates and poor communication. The second time around however not only did the completion date change 2 times! But when I finally went to go pick up the order which was for a customer of mine the photo in the frame now has a crease in it!!! Upon asking "what happened here?" He then tried to gaslight me and say that it was like that when I brought it in, which is hilarious considering the fact that I have photos and videos of the print prior to bringing it in where no crease is to be found. He then offered me 20 bucks off on a now ruined print which cost me nearly 100 dollars... They have officially lost me as a customer. Learn how to handle people's things with care. Learn to take responsibility for your mistakes. It would have been so much better to know that this happened before it was framed. Absolutely unprofessional and incredibly infuriating experience.

These 5 pieces are art were framed by @pictureyourwalls in Hamburg. I couldn't be more pleased with what Eric and his team have done. 1. I was gifted this Buffalo Sabres Hockey Fights Cancer sweater signed by the 2021-2022 team during my chemo treatments. What a remarkable piece this is with the vibrant purple mat. 💜 2. The polar bears. Dan and I have another original print of the same polar bear momma and cubs. This was a Christmas gift for Dan. 3. I brought this original portrait in and Eric had an old antique frame that matched perfectly with the frame my mom already had of her mom. 📸 circa 1955 4. One of my most loved friends gave me this painting last summer. Eric recommended the frame and the mat and I couldn't be happier. 5. I brought the old photo booth picture in and Eric had it enhanced and enlarged. And what a beautiful frame. 📸 circa 1965 I've got one more 📸 circa 1943 getting the works done. I can't wait.

I had a wonderful experience at Picture Your Walls in that while I own 8-9 paintings of a very accomplished artist, a long since deceased, but never forgotten family member that I cherish; there was *one that I had held off having properly framed and matted. I decided to take it to Erik and while I admit, I did take up some extra time trying to decide on matting color and type of glass to use, he was patient, offered multiple suggestions and agreed to work with my antique gold leaf frame that needed a bit of restoration. He cleaned up the frame and I decided the museum glass added clarity to my Great Uncles painting, the end result was absolutely *perfect and I now display it proudly in my home! I highly recommend Erik for your framing needs, as his ability, skill and design talents cover a broad spectrum and he takes the extra steps with you that are necessary in order to accomplish the essence of *your goal! I had a great experience working with Eric on framing some prints I bought while in Italy. He was extremely helpful with picking out just the right frames for the prints and my home. He's got a great personality, lots of energy, and patience! The bonus was I got my prints in less than 2 weeks. Picture Your Walls is a fine framing shop, providing a range of quality services. We had three different projects, including the restoration of an old Polaroid photo and the framing of an oil painting, and Eric did a wonderful job.
