Gabriel Chapman is the best! She got me into a great jeep(my 1st one)! She went above and beyond and even called to offer me another rebate on the vehicle to lower my payment. The rest of the staff were super friendly and made me and my girls(4&8yrs) super comfortable. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Very fair prices for both the used Yukon and my trade without having to haggle. Jason Spencer was great, very attentive and responds very quickly. Would recommend Jason and this dealership, and hope to buy another car here in the future. If anybody Is looking for a new or used vehicle— give Sheridan Sims a call! She got us into a truck that’s nicer than we could have imagined with more features than we know what stop do with— for almost exactly what we wanted to pay per month. I know what you’re thinking— New Hudson is an hour away!! THEY DELIVERED IT. On Wednesday morning before my husband went to work. Took all of 15 minutes to sign all of the paperwork and exchange keys. Long story short- we had decided to go with a more basic truck at another dealership because it had a trailer brake for the same price as this one, and we use the truck to tow our travel trailer frequently. When I called to break the news to her, she asked why we picked the other one- and when she found out that was why, she immediately got it approved to add the trailer brake to the nicer truck WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST! That sold it! Talk about going above and beyond!
