My experience at Avance has exceeded my expectations. From inquiring about services through recovery and aftercare, I have been so impressed with everyone! Dr. Dayan was very professional and down to earth at my consultation. Victoria and Steve at the front desk always greet me by name and seem like extended family. They are warm and easy to work with. I had 2 previous breast augmentations, so I knew I wasn't going to be an easy case. At my consultation, I didn't feel rushed, and the doctor gave great explanations to all of my questions. I was there for the entire hour. He had articles to show me, videos that showed the procedure, and most of all, I just knew he cared about me being comfortable with all of it. And he didn't pressure me to do anything that I hadn't come in for, the way my previous doctor had done. They worked with my vacation schedule for my pre op appointment. Rosa was great at explaining things, and the doctor came in and followed up with making me feel comfortable about everything. The bedside manner from Dr. Dayan, Rosa and the anesthesiologist (I'm sad I don't remember his name) were amazing. I couldn't have asked for more attentive and caring people going into such a scary (yes, for me) procedure. My previous doctor didn't follow up the way Dr. Dayan did. I went in the following day. Everything was great, but it was awesome that they want to keep tabs on their patients in case there were questions or issues. I had an open text line to talk to the doctor/staff after surgery and on the weekends. To be able to communicate when things might be a concern was fabulous. I never felt alone. I always felt like I had this amazing doctor and team if I needed anything. That's HUGE! Rosa was a huge help with my recovery, and I just love her. Dr. Dayan is a man of his word. He is an amazing doctor, I trust him completely and I won't ever go to anyone else. And I have a new family on my Christmas card list, the Avance team.

Dr. Dayan and his team are phenomenal! I have been so impressed with my treatments and receive compliments all the time. Dr. Dayan is down to earth and takes the time to explain different treatment options - never pressuring. I enjoy hearing about his recent publications and travel to speak/present at various conferences. He is truly an expert in his field. First off, this place is amazing!! Dr. Dayan is very professional, has a great bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable. He gives his full attention, listens to every concern without interruption and is very informative about any procedures you may be interested in. As soon as you step foot into Dr. Dayan's clinic, you will notice his entire office staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is just very inviting! I know this office from personal experience, as well as him doing work on my family. Exceptional! For years I wanted to get a tummy tuck done. So after looking for a plastic surgeon I found Dr.Dayan, Advanced Plastic Surgery Institute. Right after looking at his website and reviews I was set and it seem like it was a sign. When I went in for my consultation Dr. Dayan and his team were so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Dayan is professional and very transparent. I have type 2 diabetes and he was able to make my dreams come true. He took all the necessary precautions and monitoring during surgery and my recovery. Dr. Dayan is the best of the best and I know that I am in very good hands.

I went to see Dr. Dayan as his credentials are stellar for silicone implant removal and to discuss options for maintaining a nice aesthetic appearance, but it was his character, not just as a physician but a man that captured my attention. My consultation was so delightfully fulfilling in every way. He asked all the right questions and some I didn’t even think of. Sharing a past trauma with him to how I came about implants to begin with was so well received and understood with compassion. We discussed many things and several options. He asked me what my main objective was and then advised the best for me. Dr. Dayan is the most honest, integral, and ethical physician I have ever dealt with. He does not sell you anything. He does, however, advise, guide, and share his wealth of knowledge, skill set and training to allow you, the patient, to make the wisest choices for the outcome being sought. He is a breath of fresh air to talk with, making the environment so very comfortable. fun and relaxing. You leave his office knowing you are in the hands of the most knowledgeable surgeon in Nevada, if not the nation and one who truly cares about the truth of what can/will be done with all the variables present in both patient health and surgical options. I am very happy with Dr. Dayan and his staff. From my first visit, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Dayan and Rosa, the assisting nurse, explained how I would feel after the CO2 Laser, the pain and the process. She was spot on, which put me at ease during the week following the procedure. I knew what to expect. Dr. Dayan was so great and caring. He did an amazing job. I have a few spots he wants to go over again in a few months. A true perfectionist. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Avance is! All the staff is amazing and make you feel like you have been going there for years! So friendly! Dr Dayan takes his time to understand exactly what you want and is so informative and knowledgeable. I got breast augmentation and couldn’t decide on the exact size but told him how I want them to look and he delivered!! Exactly what I wanted!
