Hannah was so helpful to my son and daughter-in-law who only had one day to find an apartment in Nashville! She prepared a list of properties based in the “boxes” they wanted to check, and took them around to visit the top six. Not a scam!! Completely free!!! I worked with Christgen and he gave exceptional service. I am in my early 20’s and this was my first apartment after college in a new town with a short window to move in. Christgen helped me with every step of the process and never tried to up-charge or misdirect my decisions. My parents worried about how “legit” of a service this was and I researched tons of places on my own and all of my favorites were ones Christgen found. His options had the highest reviews for the most competitive prices while still meeting everything we wanted! We had tours scheduled immediately, got personal tours of the city, and dozens of food/bar/event recommendations. I was very weary of using a locator but am SO glad I did. Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment hunter than Emma - I needed a ton of help since I’m moving from out of state and didn’t have much knowledge around Nashville that didn’t include Broadway. She was super helpful from the beginning and impressed not only me, but my parents as well. I am moving by myself and the process can be really overwhelming but she did a good job at keeping me sane! I worked with Hannah Hickman and had a great experience. Ended up getting an apartment I never would have thought of or looked at and I absolutely love it. I've been at my new place for about three months and have no issues. She did all the heavy lifting, from laying out all the options, to verifying information with properties, setting up appointments, and even going to the appointments with me. All I needed to do was show up and prepare to apply for the apartment I wanted. Also want to note this service was free for me to use which was a bonus.
