They are focused on helping each of the Residents find meaning and joy on a daily basis. The associates also have dedicated dementia training that translates into creating a nurturing environment specifically tailored to each Resident's unique needs. I recently started working at Great Falls and I can already say that I love being a part of the team! It's evident that the residents here are very well cared for by the Care Partners and other associates. I love how individualized the care is at Great Falls; and the emphasis that is put on getting to know each resident on a deep level. Both Brigette and Lauri work very hard to make each resident feel not only seen, but also special and loved every single day; I've loved getting to work closely with them the past few months. The community is very homey and safe, and also a great work environment! I would highly recommend Great Falls to anyone considering memory-care for a loved one, and also anyone looking for employment.

My husband has been a resident at Great Falls Assisted Living, Memory Care Facility for over seven months. I have been very pleased with the level of care and kindness provided to him during this time as well as the kindness and support provided to me and my family. The entire staff are competent, approachable, and genuinely caring! Another very positive and important observation is the cleanliness of the entire facility! Great Falls Assisted Living is a great place to work (and live). I have been managing the salon at Great Falls for over 12 years - since they opened, and have had a great experience working there. It is always an amazing atmosphere - excellent management and friendly employees/residents. The staff here treats all residents so well and I would highly recommend as a place to work or live.

Mom has been living at Great Falls Assisted Living for over 5 years now. All the staff take great care of Mom and really love her. Mom is always smiling and joking with the staff. We are very pleased with the care mom has received over the years! Nothing like peace of mind!!!!

I am an independent contractor who provides interactive musical entertainment for the residents at Great Falls Assisted Living. The staff is cordial to its visitors, attentive and caring towards its residents, and professional in all aspects. The best barometer of the quality of the staff's service to its residents is the connectivity it has with the residents and their family members. The staff is warm and caring, too! The facility grounds and the interior spaces are always impeccably clean.

Great Falls Assisted Living has awesome staff. One hard working gentleman is the Director of Environmental Services - Victor. Victor always stops and says hi to Dad. He always calls him Coach and asks his opinion on different jobs which gives Dad a sense that folks still care about what he thinks. That always does wonders for his mood. Thank you Great Falls

Lauri H, Director of the Artis Way Experience is an invaluable member of the team at Great Falls. My mom was very frightened when she returned from a Thanksgiving stay at our family home. Lauri actually greeted my Mom at our car with her wonderful smile and caring attitude. Lauri was able to put my mom at ease and assisted her with patience and kind support as mom transitioned back to her suite. Lauri treats all the residents and their families with warmth and kindness and she truly makes us feel part of the family at Great Falls.

First I want to thank all of the staff and care givers for the professional and thoughtful treatment given to my wife. When my children and I visited Great Falls it was evident that this was a special place. We left that day knowing that this facility was the right choice for Phyllis. I want to give a special shout out to Sani who works on the front desk. She is one of the most delightful persons I have ever met. What I have seen everyday from her on my visits is the joy she shares with the residents and spouses. Regardless if a good or bad day she always leaves them smiling.
