Shawna and the whole crew at Durango outdoor living are fantastic! They made the shopping experience very enjoyable, do not charge for delivery of your hot tub and will let you have as many pallets as you can fit on your truck. The delivery crew was extremely helpful, professional and prompt. I highly recommend Durango out there living

Super helpful sales and staff (Dennis is the man!). Our install was a tricky one but they managed it perfectly, even helped wrangle our electrician to make sure everything got done the same day!

What a delightful staff! Extremely helpful and personable. I even received a personal text offering to hold a filter we had been looking for. We haven't even been in the store yet, I had only called to inquire about the proper filter for our hot tub, and feel like I made new friends. This will be where I get all my supplies from now on. This is truly the best customer service I've had in Durango from anywhere.

The folks here are so nice! They really care about you and your needs. They went above and beyond to help me for the tiniest little sale. When I need a new hot tub, I’m positive where I’m going! I’ve dealt was a pretty fair amount of hot tub, dealers, and a many amount operate more like car dealerships – concealed pricing, always trying to upsell, etc. Durango outdoor living are not those people, highly recommended!

Had an amazing experience with this company. I deliberated for a few weeks whether to buy a cheaper hot tub online or to buy locally; I am so glad I bought one locally! Durango Outdoor Living and their staff were so helpful. Delivery was on time, and the delivery guys (Dennis, Pete, and Chris) made sure we understood all the workings of our hot tub before leaving (from electrical to chemicals). Dennis even came back the next day to help us with more questions. I highly, HIGHLY recommend!
