We just recently came up and renewed are season passes with my oldest brother who's owned property here since 1973 ! , change the office around a little bit and done some remodeling and everybody was great and it was actually a faster process than usual ! Everybody was very friendly ! :) we just had to remove a fallen tree from the property this weekend and do some temporary repairs , it fell on the shed, we've included some pics of the disaster ! lol :) fun fun fun ! :-)

The River bend is a great place for families to spend time together. It does get crowded and roust sometimes but that is to be expected. The pool is great for kids. They have a bar and a cafe. The food is actually pretty good. There are plenty of trails to take atvs out. They have 7 miles of river to casually boat, water, jet ski you name u can do it up there. Great place

I will say this campground is phenomenal but the reason I gave 1 start isn't because they are not! But because as a resident of Falling Waters WV that lives off Grade Rd I have a large complaint about the campers that continue to use Grade Rd as a speedway! I would appreciate the owners/management if you would remind and send notice to your campers the the posted speed limit on Grade Rd is 40mph. I have personally had many coming from your Campground not only tailgating but almost slamming in the back of my vehicle many times including beeping the horn at me as I go the posted speed limit of 40mph. Many have hydroplaned and flipped their vehicles on Grade Rd and one of our neighbors whose a close friend immediately ran to the minivan to get a gentleman out due to his vehicle catching fire. He was taken by ambulance and in ICU for 2 weeks. We've had countless accidents on Grade Rd at which I have asked the Berkeley County Sheriff to monitor Grade Rd due to the constant speeding from Riverbend. Grade Rd has become extremely dangerous and many vehicles not obeying the 40mph posted speed limit are from various States. Please send notice to your campers that Grade Rd is "NOT" a speedway and the posted speed limit is 40mph and please obey it. Thank you: Cheryl Kump (Wife of West Virginia Delegate Larry D Kump)

They do not know how to treat employees here. I wouldn’t recommend anyone trying to get a job here. The board of directors are power hungry and do not know how to run a business or treat employees. As the security manager and shift lead for three years. I would know. The general manager does not do his fair share of work and only works thirty hours a week. Security was the best it has been when I took over. But thanks to the board directors and general manager not knowing how to run security. They are a joke. And need to be known for this. And for illegally letting people go without reason.

I love this place, great party vibe on the weekends and during the week nice and calm, you can truly enjoy nature! My only complaint would be the bunch of kids not even close to legal age (were talking like 9-12 years old) driving recklessly around with motorcycles and golf carts like it's a circuit. I drove at a younger age too but i knew better than to drive recklessly.

The view of the Potomac from my friends lot is incredible! Community center has a lot to offer for kids of all ages even grown up kids like this 53 year old kid! There are 2 apostate pools complete with contoured and a water slide. They have a camp store, full restaurant and bar. The bar has a pool table and a west Virginia lottery game room. They also have horse show pits. There is a play ground a large pavilion and open space. On July fourth weekend they put on the best fireworks show I've ever seen and I live in the suburbs of DC! I'm looking forward to my next visit!

These people are quite questionable. Many reports on racism and if you do further research there's also customers that state their money is being pocketed by crooked management.I put in for a job in security for this establishment and was denied employment.I have 5 years experience in security.Unbelueveable.The job is still open. They don't even have a security supervisor.Look into more reviews on this place.Youll see what I'm talking about.Theres reviews that also state there's lots of fights and questionable people being let in this establishment. Please be careful.According to what I've read in several reviews,I'm glad I'm not a employee there.I don't have hobo stab insurance

On 8/18/23 myself and my father left the park on a golf cart at approximately 11pm, give or take a half hr or so, the female guard, who happened to be on post alone, didn't bother to scan both our passes to leave the park, but upon trying to re-enter the park, there was a second security officer present, and now she wanted to do her job properly and scan BOTH passes to re-enter the park, well my elderly father didn't have his pass on hand and they refused to let him back into the park after they had no problem letting him leave without bothering to scan his pas, bottom line, they forced me to take my elderly father home, turn around and come back to get his pass, just so I could go back and get him to bring him back in the 12am midnight hour, and then issued a $75 dollar citation saying that I "threatened" them, because I simply asked the male security officer if he liked his job? Implied that I would be coming back tomorrow to when the office was open to handle this situation accordingly, and he said best of luck to you, as if the $75 dollar citation was valid in his opinion, long story short, the RBMC, which I've been coming up to since 1983, probably longer longer than both of these security guards have been alive, think they can do and say and ask as if they are gods, and I'm here to say differently

👍 A beautiful waterfall surrounded in a privately owned, secluded area. It is not a hike, rather a scenic waterfall right below parking. If it is close to you, it's worth seeing, if you're more than 30 mins away, not worth it.

😠 Not a fan of the management! Very unorganized! Also charge $5 for adults for football games for what? The fields are unkept, no where to sit, fence is in need of repair, ant beds everywhere and so on. So what does that money go to? The parents pay for their kids to play and pay for the uniforms .
