I purchased a used Beretta 9mm from Gene's and when I was able to shoot it the slide wouldn't return to battery. I tried to tear it down thought maybe needed cleaning but it the slide wouldn't release. Took to Gun Doctor. In short the firearm was unreliable. Took back to Gene's and without question they took the firearm back and also refunded the money spent at The Gun Doctor. Very professional and friendly staff. I will definitely do business with Gene's again.....CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT DEAD... ITS AT GENE'S

The people at money man were beyond rude so I went to Genes. Jimmy and Ronnie were very knowledgeable and had no issues explaining to me the product that I had and it's value. On top of it all they were beyond funny and made my day! Going to Genes Pawn Moncks Corner from now on!!!

Sister bought a brand new Glock. Later that day when testing, found out it had a malfunction. Called them and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. don’t buy guns from pawn shops, could’ve seen if it was used but it’s brand new!
