First - Louis and the staff are all gold. They are beyond fair when it comes to fees. They are also super responsive. I've always had quick responses for any maintenance requests. The open door policy for the office is reliable. They take good care of deliveries as well and have a fridge for packages that have to be temperature controlled. The building is nice and so are the apartments. Very beautiful and nice quality. Sound is an issue so be prepared to use ear plugs a lot. Wooden frame structure and poor sound insulation means you hear so much of what's going on around you in the other adjoining apartments.

The whole leasing staff was very helpful and informative when giving me a tour of the community. The property looks absolutely stunning! I look forward to signing a lease here for Fall 2024.

I stayed at The Scholar at Anthem House and it was AMAZING! The community is great, the staff is SO kind, and I only had one issue and it was dealt with promptly! I CANNOT recommend this MORE!

Been living here since August 2021 and the staff has always been extremely responsive and helpful. I just met our new leasing manager, Louis, he was very nice and helpful and has a great personality. I look forward to dealing with him in the future, knowing he will definitely try his best to make sure my needs are met with a smile. Nice spatious bathrooms, closets, beautiful kitchen, and pretty cute furniture package, community is pretty quiet and mostly keep to themselves, have never had any issues with other tenants. Nice atmosphere overall :)

Just signed my lease with the general manager, Didier Louis, and had the most amazing experience! The moment I stepped through the doors to the leasing office I felt at home! Got to tour the place and Louis was so helpful!! The complex is gorgeous and the apartments are amazing.The clubhouse was really nice and they had a pretty good gym. Louis informed me they are putting in new equipment which will make it even better! I got to see the staged apartment and was immediately sold. Louis did take me through an empty apartment as well which I found so helpful! It was nice to see what I would actually be walking into on day one vs the fully decorated apartment. I cannot wait to live here in August!

I just love the Anthem House! My son lives there, we looked around a lot for a place that I would feel comfortable with him living there and a place he would enjoy living in. The staff was very helpful, especially Josh, he was very informative, answering all our questions and took the time to show us around the property, thank you Josh you made our decision an easy one to make. I have been back many times to visit my son and I am impressed that the property is kept up and the landscaping is very nice. My son enjoys all the amenities the property offers. Thank you Anthem House!

Moved in today. Louis & Julius smile are so contagious. My apartment is AMAZING, super clean! I can’t wait to renew at the #1 community in the nation!

I signed my lease with Anthem House last week and I am so excited. My roommate and I had been looking for a place to live and after multiple failed attempts we were not in high spirits. We called Anthem House on a whim and as soon as we toured we knew this was the place. Louis gave us a tour and walked us through signing the lease. He was definitely the breath of fresh air that we needed. Rooms are spacious, there is a study area, gym, and pool. I can't wait to move in.

Overall: lovely apartment with beautiful amenities. The apartment is super quiet and well kept. It was perfect for my studies I was originally very dissatisfied with the communication of the first leasing management and is one of the reasons why I’m leaving. Upon new management arriving (KJ) however, it has been absolutely wonderful. Yes, this apartment is expensive but it is worth it!
