Trash driver lying saying they delivered my medication been home all morning saying I wasn’t available to sign I have cameras they never showed up if your drive did deliver wouldn’t they leave a slip yea never got one because you driver never came. I’ll be suing FedEx if something happens to me .

I am giving this establishment one star only because I have to rate it. I visited this location last week and had an unfortunate encounter with a female employee who was extremely unpleasant and disrespectful. It was evident that she despised her job and dealing with customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Facility claimed to have attempted delivery three separate times. I was home every time waiting for delivery and no notification or knock from deliverer. Additionally I have cameras on property that prove no one attempted delivery. This is absurd. People pay for a service. Not only that the pick up location is no where near my residence which is very inconvenient. This was a gift sent to me so I did not choose FedEx. No remorse, horrible customer service.

I had a very bad experience at this fedex. I was expecting a delivery of a package and the person shipping added signature required and didn't inform me. I was in vacation so I called the 800 # and was told they would hold the package here for me , i habe a case # & all. This location calls me to confirm on 7/3 that I'll pickup on 7/5. Mind you I don't live close & I don't own a car. I go out my way to pickup my package. & I'm told I can't get my package because they can't find it. After patiently waiting 20 minutes the lady says the person who looks for packages is on break for another 15 minutes. At this point I'm annoyed but still patient. 15 minutes later the lady tells me I can't have my package & she cant share why. When i question her about why she couldn't inform me, she tells me it's not her job. I requested the manager, and i waited another 30 minutes. After 1 hour of waiting for resolution. the manager comes out with a nasty attatiude and tell me its because security has it. He wouldnt tell me why or provide a timeline. Wouldnt call security so i can speak with them. Just a STRAIGHT up NO!This was almost a week ago & I still haven't received an update. I not only was misgrendered 3 times by the counter lady although I corrected her multiple times. I was disrespected, and I feel like they purposely didn't give me my package because of their homophobia. I've NEVER in my life experienced disrespect like this in an establishment. I have video proof for whomever would like to contact me from corporate!

Second day in a row the driver claims to have "attempted delivery". I work from home. I have a Blink video doorbell. Nobody ever rang the bell. Today, the website said it was still at the Moonachie warehouse, while I received a text saying it would be delivered by 1:30pm. I waited all day. I called the customer service line just after 4pm. Around 4:20pm, customer service told me to create a drop off point. I asked the package to be delivered to a nearby Walgreens for pickup. It was confirmed in email. I left the house finally after 5:30pm. There was no notice on the door. I checked. No doorbell rang. No video capture. I returned home at 9pm to a notice on my door AGAIN. I called the customer service line which isn't in the country. The automated system told me the attempt was made around 4:40pm. By the way, this is government property that they're playing with.

I wish there were more locations but this place is great. There's rarely a line and if there is, it moves quickly. Employees are very friendly.

He always get in and out pretty quick. I just wish people would stop leaving their cars running right in the doorway of the main entrance. Get in a parking spot and stay in there. Stop blocking everyone because you're too lazy to walk with your box!

I only go there to drop packages. The staff are very nice. Easy parking and hardly any lines.

Extremely rude stuff like they are never taught how to talk to people. I went to drop some clothes off, it’s a no box no label return meaning I can just bring the garment. The old black woman literally just yelled at me “is it how you received it?” I explained to her it’s not needed and that’s how I did my last return at another fedex location, they took care of everything without any questions. I’ve never seen any carrier’s staff talking like that. Eye opening.

They never ship my package to me. They always say it's delayed and then I have to go pick it up from the facility 30 mins away. When I try to complain with the lady at the Moonachie center she ignored me and as she was walking away said it's not her problem. Fed ex and this facility are a joke.
