Joe was absolutely amazing. He went far and beyond out of his way to help us pick the perfect mattress and to help us see if we qualify for our mattress. He did everything the most professional way possible he had a great personality and I would recommend him 1000 times over. He explained everything in detail to which I could understand in my own terms, and it was overall a wonderful experience

Saw a sign while I was at a light. I decided to text and was responded to within minutes. Quick, easy, friendly, on time, annd informative. Joe was probably the easiest person I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to selling me a mattress. It’s probably the easiest mattress purchase in my whole 30 years (6 beds) of adulthood. Literally bought a mattress that was $3500 at a retail store and only paid $900. Just mad that I didn’t find them sooner. My wife and I are literally deciding to buy the kids new beds as well. Btw…. Great experience! I have never purchased a mattress and this was a seamless and easy experience. They are extremely flexible with appointments and when you go, you have the entire store to yourself to be able to try out all the different options! Joe is knowledgable and super helpful! The buying process and the scheduling of delivery was easy and the mattress was delivered a few days later. They were great even with my extremely difficult and narrow house and even helped me ensure the old mattress/box spring was able to put out in the trash! Such an easy, stress free experience and I highly recommend :)

Was skeptical at 1st because I wasn't sure what to expect but after having a thorough and informative phone conversation with Joe I was able to line up an appointment with my busy schedule. Tried out a variety of different mattress and was able to leave with one that fit my needs. Joe was very polite and made the process easy! Would definitely recommend him at Mattress by Appointment!

Our experience with Joe and Mattress by Appointment was very pleasant and after our first night on our new adjustable split king mattresses, we are so glad we made the purchase! Joe is not only our friendly neighbor, but was a delight to do business with - he was very patient with us as we visited the store multiple times to be sure we selected the right mattress for us, and was not pushy to make a sale. Delivery and set-up was a breeze, at least for us who just had to watch :) , and we couldn't be happier! Waking up without a sore back makes it all worth it!
