This is my third year at State on Campus Morgantown, and I honestly have nothing negative to say about this complex. The staff is so sweet and accommodating. The apartment building stays clean, and maintenance is also super quick to help when needed. Anytime I have a question or need something, the staff are so welcoming and ready to help. I have had many positive encounters with Jaymie, Rachel, and Alexis and they were beyond helpful! I highly recommend living here!

Move-in was so easy! The apartment was in great condition. Whatever small fixes I wanted, I got those done quickly and promptly. The staff is always super helpful. All the amenities are great as well. Being an international student, moving into a fully furnished, well equipped premises and friendly atmosphere made settling in very smooth. I would definitely recommend this place!

I recently moved back to Morgantown and into State on Campus and I couldn’t be happier. The move in process was smooth and organized and the office staff (Nathan, Krista, Erica, Lexi, Jaymie, and Rachel) answered all my questions! I love that they know my name when I come in to get packages, it makes me feel like they actually care. I haven’t worked with maintenance yet, but their scooters look fun lol

State On Campus has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. The staff is so incredible and will address any problem or concern within minutes. The move-in process at State was the smoothest and most organized move-in I have ever experienced thanks to Karen, Alexis, Erica, and Jayme! Thank you for your kindness and willingness to help my roommate and I!

This is my second year living at State & I have never had an issue. It is a great location to walk to campus or even drive to the stores and sporting events. Parking is secure and covered. The rooms are very big, you have your own bathroom and the kitchen has everything you would need or want as well as your own laundry and unique furniture in the living room.The building has great amenities & great staff who are helpful whenever I need a package or maintenance. They also provide several days where they bring food trucks to our building as well as have theme days with gifts in the lobby. Also, I recommend if you have a pet, State is the place for you!

I haven’t gotten to live here yet but after my tour of the building, I applied for a lease because of how wonderful State on Campus is. The staff is extremely nice and the buildings offer amazing amenities that I’m really looking forward to!

This is the third year my daughter has been living at State on Campus and I could not be more pleased! She absolutely loves the amenities and the location. The security and level of care here at State gives me peace of mind while my daughter is away. The staff goes above and beyond to make State a great place to live. Jaymie, Alexis, Erica, Rachel, and Brandon in the office have all been extremely helpful and I could not recommend this complex more!

I have really liked living here last year and I resigned for this year. The rent is really high but it is nice and in a good area. However prices went up a ton for next year so I recommend people looking somewhere else if money is tight. But overall it’s a really nice building and great for students!

State is a great place to live. They host many fun activities and provide so many nice amenities. The staff are very friendly. The location is perfect for students that have classes on the downtown campus.
