I really liked it here. I actually enjoyed my trips even though they were occurring during a stressful time in my life. The place felt secure yet easy to access. There was always good music playing, great hours (for a night owl like me), my unit was clean and spacious, easy to lock and unlock and the manager was super kind and helpful setting me up. I'd still be a customer if I hadn't re-located residences. :) The other people I encountered on the premises were generally very nice too, and there were always lots of trolleys available for you to move your stuff, as well as bathrooms and water fountains on the premises (should you feel dehydrated after lots of lifting.). I got a 10 x 5 unit and was very happy with my rate. Loved it!

I usually don't leave reviews for businesses. However, the exceptional service I received from your employee, Joe, has warranted it. I am a new customer and Joe has made this a lovely experience thus far. He has assisted me on multiple occasions. Before I moved in, he demonstrated to me how the units, locks, and facility work. He helped me change units when I needed to and has made the process of moving so much easier for me. He also gave me his card and told me to contact him whenever I have an issue and need help in the future, which is much appreciated. He truly goes above and beyond and treats customers with such great kindness. It is rare to find worker's who exhibit such excellence customer service like Joe and it is employees like Joe that make me continue to bring my business to certain companies. As far as the facility, it is clean, the units are easily accessible, and the building seems very well guarded and safe. Additionally, I was shocked at how reasonably priced the units are! They are actually affordable, unlike many things these days. Outstanding! I am very happy to have chosen Life Storage and will be using it for awhile!

First, the facility is immaculate, well lit and plenty of carts when needed. Second, the office staff are wonderful and nothing is ever an issue that they won't gladly resolve. We have used several facilities over the years while moving and this is by far and away the best of them all. They may not be the cheapest but that said they are the best and they are climate controlled as well. The office staff is the best I have ever dealt with and should be the model for customer service.

There's a lot to be thankful for this November. What I am thankful for is Joe and Jeff for making the decision to choose Life Storage in Glen Head, NY easy and making my move less stressful. When you walk through the door, you are greeted with the biggest hello and smile. You feel so welcomed. They make you feel safe. I immediately felt like I can trust them. Both Joe and Jeff are informative, supportive, kind, helpful, understanding, a few words to say the least. Definitely cannot express how great both of those two are at what they do. I recently obtained a 5x10 unit at the Glen Head location. I dealt with both Jeff and Joe. Both were incredibly helpful. The actual facility is clean and well maintained. I needed the extra space for musical equipment, so the fact it is climate controlled and covered with security cameras everywhere is reassuring. I highly recommend the place.
