(Review Updated 4/12/23) I was recommended to come here as a way to treat my chronic pain and Fibromyalgia that has been targeting my lower back. I was happy to see that this facility takes my insurance. First, the front desk staff here are fantastic at helping you get appointments and authorizations so you can continue to get the care you need. The therapists are friendly, encouraging, knowledgeable and generally on the ball in terms of being attentive to one's care and one's needs, both physical and psychological, having professional patience and genuine concern for their patients. They are also always masked and wear gloves, which does matter to me, as I am immunocompromised. They are a source of support and joy as I try to strive to grow stronger and have a more realistic idea of living with early onset chronic pain diseases and illnesses. But once again, I must say something important directed at the owner only: I cannot press how important it is to uphold higher standards of infectious disease prevention for medical facilities. To me, this is common sense, especially for a smaller medical facility. Because Long Island (Nassau County and such) decided to rule masks as optional initially, this facility has followed suit. I can also imagine some patrons may have contributed to pressure and I have heard it myself, which is understandable in some situations. However, I feel it is necessary to take into consideration the transfer of not only airborne viruses but dermal/contact viruses that its transfer increases due to sweat and any broken skin that may go unnoticed. Barriers between seats in the lobby that denoted if a seat has been recently used/cleaned were taken down and remain down, which is a concern due to inevitable upcoming warmer weather and patients needing to wear lighter clothing. Seeing that a lot of the patients are either elderly, youth with an injury or/and immunocompromised, all are at higher risk of catching said viruses that manifest in different ways in the body, such as the Shingles virus. Once again, I reiterate that the therapists and staff are great, stay masked and wear gloves around their patients and work very, very hard to keep all tables and equipment clean and appointments managed. But I once again humbly press this issue of preventive measures because I care for the health of my therapists, the staff, the patients (even if they don't follow suit), my own safety, family and so on. I want to refer more people here. So, I hope that once again the owner will consider taking action with my honest review as I submit it with no fear of retaliation. People come here to heal when they are at a low and aim to live more fulfilling days.

After a recent automobile accident I decided to receive physical therapy services local to me at Reddy Care-Great Neck. My team has been Marcello and Stelios for physiotherapy and Nicole, Dean, Melissa and Andy as physical therapy aides. I am so very grateful for their expert and attentive care and their state of the art equipment. I was nervous to begin but I was immediately put at ease by all of the staff. Even the receptionist and business staff are lovely to speak with, have helped me organize sessions to coincide with my schedule, and have facilitated my insurance matters. My experience has been wonderful. I highly recommend Reddy Care and I will miss everyone once I am fully back to normal. Reddy Care has become my second family!

One of the best decisions I made to come to Reddy Care. Facility is clean, everyone is friendly but the best part is my PT, Marcelo , who is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to his patients. He is positive and always smiling. He has the magic touch and I'm blessed to have meet him.

Came to Reddy Care by a recommendation and am very happy to say, I was not disappointed. The therapists were top notch, well trained and very experienced. The Techs that worked under the therapists were helpful and kept things moving. One thing that I liked was that the therapist stayed with me for quite some time before the Tech would carry out other exercises. Can’t say enough about my experiences at Reddy Care. My experience at Reddy care Physical Therapy was amazing. Everyone there was very kind and very helpful. The place was always clean and sanitized. Nicholas Was very very helpful, personable, Informative, knowledgeable, and kind. He answered all my questions, and came to the conclusion that it was not the crystals in my ears that was causing my vertigo, but my neck, and therefore, with the massages and exercises was able to Alleviate my symptoms. I give Nick and the place five stars for they truly deserve it. I would definitely recommend Reddy Physical and Nick for anyone needing PT.

Incredible experience with my occupational therapist! , Ariella. Her support post-ulnar decompression surgery was invaluable. She guided me through recovery with expertise and genuine care, making the journey truly remarkable. Highly recommend her compassionate and skilled approach!

I had two foot surgeries within the same year, I was on my feet in no time. Marcelo knows his stuff. My first surgery was Feb. 2022, started therapy in April and was back on my feet by May for my brother-in-laws wedding. My second surgery was Oct. 2022, lots of scar tissue developed and Marcelo took care of it. He takes his time to understand the issue and properly address it. I would come into the therapy place with pain and leave without. I made the right choice in choosing this place for therapy. I highly recommend for people who want to see results occur at a steady incline. Will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends. Highly recommend Marcelo!

My son has been seeing Marcelo for about 1 year and he has been excellent. He is very kind and understanding and extremely knowledgeable. We’re grateful to have him as our therapist as my son continues his journey back to walking on his own. Highly recommend!!!

Reddy Care Physical & Occupational Therapy is the best therapy office I have ever been to in my life! The staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful! In every session you receive individualized time and attention from a physical therapist who guides you through each exercise with lots of care and concern. There are also lots of techs/aids that are readily available to assist in anything you may need with a warm smile on their faces. Administration is great too! They have long operating hours, are very flexible with appointments and provide appointment reminder/confirmation phone calls which are very helpful. All equipment and machines are easy to use and in perfect conditions. Overall the place has great energy, a staff with a positive attitude and happy disposition. In my experience they definitely make the pain significantly easier to manage. 100% recommend if you’re looking for a PT. 10 out of 10!!!

I’m very glad I chose Reddy care for my recovery, everyone is always so nice and helpful. My therapist Marcelo has helped me so much. He is thorough, he listens to all my concerns and helps me tackle them. I would highly recommend this place for anybody needing PT!
