Our family of 4 traveled from Orlando to Deer Valley to ski. The second day, our 10 year old caught the stomach flu. We called Dr Kagen on day 4 when were concerned she wasn’t healing as quickly as we hoped. He was very responsive and easy to deal with. He offered to do an in room visit, an office visit or just over the phone. I opted for the phone visit as his biggest concern was appendicitis, and she had no pain on her right side. He prescribed anti nausea medicine and followed up often. Which was good because by the next day our 12 year old contracted the stomach flu as well. He was able to get an in room visit very quickly. This was so helpful in shortening our 12 year olds symptoms. He even gave us extra ant nausea medicine for my husband and me as we were both starting to feel ill as well. Dr Kagen is very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and compassionate Mary H.

We were visiting Park City when my daughter developed a fever on a Sunday. Dr. Kagen responded to my phone call and arranged for his wife (an area Pediatrician) to see her at his clinic promptly. Both were very professional and treated my daughter and myself like we were family. They were able to swab her for flu in the office and get her the prescription she needed. We were in and out in under 30 minutes. Dr. Kagen followed up with us daily and responded via text to our questions after the visit. He and his wife are a definite asset to the area and I would absolutely call them again for a need for medical care while in Park City.

Dr. Kagen is a young, dedicated doctor. If he is unsure about a diagnosis, he does not hesitate to ask his colleagues in other specialties to help the patient. I really appreciate this exchange of information. He was also available to me via SMS. If I had any questions or if I suddenly didn't feel well, I could contact him anytime. He also ordered my medicines to the pharmacy, where it is most convenient for me to pick them up. In my case, I had to be referred to two other doctors. The doctor's office took care of appointments as quickly as possible and forwarded my results to the respective doctors so that they were informed about my state of health when I arrived. I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was done by his team. I am from Germany and have been traveling from Canada to Panama for years and I have never felt so well looked after and medically cared for as I do here. Thank you for that Dr. Kagen

Wow I am throughly grateful to Dr. Kagen for his dedication in caring for me. He came to see me at my hotel, in Park City, and has followed up with me since I have been home in Florida. I got the flu and within 2 days of taking a new medicine, pain and chills and fever were gone and I was in the mend. He gave it to me while in my hotel. Very caring doctor love the old school way of doctoring with house calls. Highly recommend Dr. Michael Kagen.

Dr. Kagen truly provides an amazing service. Our daughter fell very ill last night while we are here in Park City on vacation. My wife found about about Dr. Kagen and called him at almost 10pm. He arrived at our condo not long after and took exceptionally good care of our daughter. He was so kind to our 12 year old and took the time to fully assess everything that was going on. He got her started on an antibiotic and gave us a few other items to also help. Then, today he came back to check on her and make sure her vitals had improved, as well as listen to her lungs. He genuinely cared about her and wanted to help her get well enough to continue skiing. We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kagen and the service he provides!!

Dr. Kagan possibly saved my husband’s life yesterday. He was the doctor on call on our vacation when my husband developed a significant headache. We thought it was altitude sickness and he highly recommended a trip to the ER to rule out something more significant. That call saved his life. Dr. Kagan followed up with several calls and texts over the next several days to make sure we had the best care possible. If ever in need of a doctor in Der Valley or Park City, Dr. Michael Kagan is the best phone call! Thank you !!

Dr. Kagen was outstanding in his help, medical diagnosis and advice throughout the days my husband was sick in Park City. Not only did he answer every call and every email within minutes, he came to the house. Even more astounding, he set up all appointments for lab work and other tests. And as Dr. Kagen decided his condition required more specialized help, he arranged for him to be seen by a specialist at the University Hospital in Salt Lake City on the weekend. He also got all the records needed from my husband's physician after the office had closed for the day and passed them on to the specialist in Salt Lake. His reassuring manner and action plan were of invaluable help to us who had no idea what to do or where to go in a place we didn't know. We can only add that his service is doctoring at its very best in every way. Thank you many times over, Dr. Kagen!

Dr Kagen provides an incredible concierge medical service. I travel frequently to visit Park City and I use Dr Kagen as my primary care physician despite living in another state. When I had some recent medical issues requiring urgent evaluation, Dr Kagen communicated with the doctors taking care of me in and out of the hospital. Dr Kagen also ensured that I saw the very best specialists for my medical conditions. Dr Kagen was in constant communication with me and all members of my treatment team. If I did not have Dr Kagen advocating for me, I’m sure I would not have received excellent medical care from the best doctors in a timely fashion. I’m very thankful I can call Dr Kagen my primary care physician, and know he is also there to advocate for me when I need his help. I’m giving him 10 stars

I was at a conference in Deer Valley for a few days and unfortunately became ill the night I arrived. The resort recommended I call Dr Kagen the following day as my condition became worse. Dr Kagen was very thorough in speaking with me on the phone and immediately sent a nurse up to the resort, in the meanwhile continuously communicating with me via phone and text. As I wasn't recovering entirely as he had expected the following day, he personally came up to the resort to see me. I'm very appreciative of Dr Kagen's care and am very thankful he was there for me!

My experience with Dr Kagen was fantastic. I was skiing with my family in Deer Valley when I became sick with a sinus infection. He came to the hotel and then went out and picked up antibiotics and delivered them back to me along with some saline rinses. He checked on me every day for over a week, when I was back in Chicago and called to check on me as well. He is fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone.
