The doctor was nice and explained things to me, but they were 45 min behind schedule and didn't bother to mention it at check-in. When I mentioned I was unhappy about the wait - NO apology - was just told ""Oh yeah we've been busy this morning"!?!? I needed to return to work and they had no regards for my time. My first impression is that they Run late, Customer service sucks, and they have no respect of your time, which is unfortunate because Dr. McHale seemed knowledgeable and helpful once I was seen.

Was very satisfied with the way PA-C Timothy Boyd explained my issues with me. Especially walking me through the results of x-rays and letting me ask questions and take pictures of them. This way I was able to discuss with my family better about where we could be headed. Thank you!

Dr . Ford is amazing, I went to him for a second opinion, and decided to do surgery in my rt ankle. He was understanding, patient, and explained everything. He is so friendly, and knows what he is doing. I could t be happier about my decision to have surgery. I can walk again without my ankle giving out. I will definitely go back if I ever need to in the future Awesome experience.

I highly recommend Dr. Prater as he is a very knowledgeable and passionate orthopedic! I spoke to his office on a Monday morning and had an appointment on Wednesday morning. Dr. Prater took his time to explain the problem as well as treatment options. He was very personable and I did not feel like a “number” with him, he makes you feel the way we should feel as patients. The staff at his office are friendly and professional. If you are on the fence about seeing an orthopedic like I was, see Dr. Prater as you will be happy you did! Very thankful for Dr. Prater and the staff at this office!

Dr. Woodside is very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and very personable. This was my first visit with her and she’ll definitely be my doctor going forward. I will recommend her to anyone looking for an orthopedic doctor.

Horrible customer service. Had to return the boot with in a week. got a flat tire the day I was taking my kids boot back and wouldn’t take the boot the next day because it was the 8th day now! Had I realized when they said bring it back in a week they meant to the exact day not any day the following week. Would have gotten it there it there next business day. Boot perfectly fine only worn 2 maybe 3 days because they charge $350 for what I ordered online for $80.

This is a wonderful establishment. The front desk staff was very kind and checked us in quickly. The physician assistant we saw was very informative about my daughter’s diagnosis. We would recommend this place to everyone.

Dr. Prater, and the staff at Ortho Carolina in Belmont NC were very attentive to my ortho needs. I have recommended this practice and it's Physicians many times, and I will do so again with Dr. Prater. Excellent care!

I was nervous about letting another doctor touch my foot. Dr. Ford put my mind at ease and he explained what he knows at this time very thoroughly. I did not have to wait at all.
