    While I think Dr. Scanlon is wonderful, I’m extremely frustrated with the staffing and/or office procedures. I have been calling and sending messages over the patient portal for the past three weeks. I have yet to speak to a live person and no one has gotten back to me, and it’s a fairly important issue. I’m thinking of finding a new physician at this point.

    2023 - Totally ignored once you leave the office & they can't write prescriptions correctly. ***July 2023 - Happy to Report a 100% turnaround of previous review since Jo has joined the staff. Every aspect of the office has improved tremendously. She personally called me at 8 PM to update me on the status of my oxygen order correction with a vendor. She stayed on top of it until everything had been completed to my satisfaction. Carla Brogna & the staff are excellent & make you feel like you're the only one that matters.

    The staff at InCare seemed disorganized and unsure of themselves. The nurse didn’t bother to take my blood pressure; I had to ask at the desk before leaving. When the nurse did take my blood pressure, she said , ‘you’re fine’ and just brushed it off like it wasn’t important. There were also typos on the intake form and on a poster on the wall requiring masks The staff just said that I was the only one to mention it. It just didn’t feel very professional, definitely a lack of attention to detail, something that should considered important in a doctor’s office. The doctor was fine and I got the care I needed, however the other staff was lacking professionalism.

    When I went there, Monday, for the first time, people were nice and friendly to me except for one young short receptionist woman who was not friendly at all. She gave me the wrong appointment time with the wrong year. I called and she answered the phone to correct the appointment time. She never apologized to me which shows me that she should not work there, if she cannot be friendly to the public. Very disturbing about her.

    Today was my first visit to InCare. Dr Daigle was excellent. He was patient, friendly, and thorough. The office staff was friendly and helpful as well. So happy to have found InCare.

    Very pleased with the professional manner of the staff and especially the Nurse Practitioner. She listened to my concerns and fully explained plan of action going forward.

    I was rescheduled 4 times with three different providers. The date for the last reschedule was never Given to me but luckily they called to give me a 48 hour notice. The front desk staff were not very friendly. Follow up: I was happy that the office manager called to follow-up on my review and addressed my concerns about my visit and interaction with the staff. She also gave me her number and told me to contact her directly if I had any future issues. On a positive note, I was seen by the physicians assistant and she was great!

    Dr.Scanlon and his staff are amazing! From taking care of medical needs to his kind nature I always feel well taken care of and listened to. I feel lucky to have found such a wonderful doctor and practice!

    Office staff friendly, helpful and organized. PA, Lindsey Britten, is empathetic concerning the patient needs and medical opinions. She always takes the time to explain and educate her patients about their medical issues and treatment regimen. She’s friendly and easy to talk to. Enjoy my visits with her.
