I called Jeff as I didn’t want to try and mount a tv to the fireplace at our new home on my own. Jeff ensured me that we could do it in such a way as to look professional and clean. Jeff always returned emails and calls promptly, called in advance of scheduled appointment and even showed up a few minutes early. He works efficiently and cleaned up after himself as he works. The TV looks awesome, no wires showing and you would never know that the tv wasn’t always there. I would definitely use Jeff for any future A/V projects.

AVS Charlottesville (Jeff) is great! Our project was to add 3 TV's, and create 4 zones on the main level that could play independently or in sync with each other (dining room, great room, kitchen, outside porch). The requirement was to eliminate as much if not all wires from visual sight, and Jeff nailed it! Jeff and I spoke at length about what we wanted, and our timeline. Jeff was easy to talk to, explained his approach, provided upfront costs and options. I made a couple of changes throughout the project and Jeff was very accommodating. Jeff is very technically savvy and easy to work with. He installed a home theater system in our TV room when we had the basement finished. More importantly, he reconfigured the whole-house stereo and speaker system and was able to overcome a problem that I myself created when interfering with work he had already done. A year later, he returned at no cost to fix a small problem that we had, that I may have been able to fix myself. He deserves your business!

We highly recommend Charlottesville Audio Visual Services (AVS). We asked for effective but simple and they delivered. They gave our church auditorium and control room an audio visual overhaul that didn't break the budget. With the new projector, we can "sing on the walls" again. With the upgraded sound system, all generations can hear regardless of where they are in the building. Jeff and his team worked fast. They mounted our speakers, hid the wires and cables, labeled our sound board, combined our receivers and provided a basic understanding of how it all works. Jeff has done an amazing job for our congregation. I have worked with him on two separate projects, and have been extremely pleased with the results of both. The first was installing a new projector, the second was installing video cameras and streaming capability to our sanctuary. When going over the project at the beginning, Jeff will give you solid advice and not try to get you to buy more than what you need. He is honest and trustworthy. Mine was a small job - just an in-wall surround sound install - butJeff treated me like I was his number 1 customer while scoping the job, recommending and acquiring the speakers and other equipment, installing and integrating everything with the A/V equipment I already had. Jeff traveled to my location no fewer than three times: first for an initial survey of the room I wanted to fit out, a second time after I had torn out the existing interior to pre-wire for the final install and the final install itself. Each time, he worked with me to insure the most convenient schedule then stuck to the schedule. The workmanship of the install was every bit as expert as the advice he offered when evaluating my project.
