I’m writing a review today for Andrea Santos. I’ve done a prior review 2015 when I purchased my vehicle. I created a new Google account just to write this review for her. I live in Austin now but I purchased my vehicle from this location and I often call them with questions to make sure that the Kia location here is doing right by me. Andrea took the time to tell me about a warranty that my vehicle is under. She listened to the service concerns that I had and gave me wonderful suggestions when I go back to the Kia location here. She went above and beyond, is very knowledgeable, a great communicator and even sent me my Carfax as well as all of my services that I’ve had at their location since I’ve purchased my vehicle. This is the only location that I trust and when I’m ready to purchase a new vehicle, I will drive all the way to Corinth to this location to do it. Thank you guys for obviously conducting your business above and beyond other Kia dealerships- your standards and quality really shows. I attached a picture of my Optima- 9 years old, she may be a little down right now but she’s not out and she’s still lookin good! Oh and to Andrea’s boss- give her a raise lol

I purchased a 2024 Kia Telluride SX X-Line from Madyson Wilson at Huffines Kia Corinth. I cannot begin to describe how wonderful it was to work with her. She wasn’t pushy, she knew every feature of the car, and was super knowledgable. Huffines went above and beyond for me in order to get my business. They spoke with me via email until I was ready to visit in person. When the vehicle was in production, they kept me informed of delivery. It even arrived a week early. It’s extremely rare to find a dealership that is “different” when searching for a new vehicle these days, and that is not pushy to make a sale. I would send anyone I know to Madyson if they are in the market for a new Kia.

I have been doing business with new car dealerships since July 5, 1966 and my experience has been extensive. I have purchased new vehicles and had them serviced at dealerships across the state of Texas, as far west as Colorado, and east to Georgia and North Carolina. I have been an employee at an upscale luxury car dealership. Some experiences were good, some average, and some I would rather not discuss. Huffines Kia in Corinth, Texas takes the customer relationship to whole new level. From Kia Product Expert Bert Berlanga, Senior Sales Manager Gary Davis, and Finance Manager Ben Frazer the new car buying experience was the best I have ever experienced. Each person's knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to go above and beyond were exemplary. It is obvious that the pre-eminent concern of this dealership is to place the customer's satisfaction as first priority. It was a pleasure purchasing a vehicle from Huffines Kia and I will highly recommend them to anyone in the market for any transportation needs.

We bought a Kia Carnival 2024. Going into to store our plan was to test drive the car since we were still shopping around, but the great customer service of the our salesperson Jason, and the rest of the team made the purchase decision much easier. Jason was patient and worked the numbers with me, with zero pressure. The purchase process was good as well, took a bit longer because other people were buying as well. After visiting several Kia dealerships in the metroplex this one had the most inventory for the vehicle we were interested in. This allowed us to see colors and interiors in person (many different looking in person vs the website) to figure out exactly what we wanted. We ended up wanting an uncommon color combo and trim that they did not have and this is where Blake and his team came through. They were able to locate one and do a vehicle swap with the distant dealership the following day! I appreciated Blake’s knowledge of the vehicle, thoroughness, and the dealerships price transparency which made for a smooth and non-hostile purchase. Thank you

THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO BE!!!! Donovan was our sales rep & he went absolutely above and beyond with the entire process of us buying our 2024 Kia Telluride SX X-Pro!! He was so knowledgeable & knew every question we asked! After telling him exactly what we were looking for, our budget, & our situation.. he truly handled it with ease! The entire place was clean, spacious, kid friendly (our kids played in the kid room) snacks, etc! From the time we walked in at 9:30am to test driving to paperwork to financing to driving off the lot, we drove off in our beautiful SUV at 12:15pm! I could not be happier with our experience purchasing a new vehicle at Huffines Kia Corinth! I have not purchased a new car in 14 years, and Donovan and his team made my experience so seamless and painless, I might be open to doing it again some day! Donovan found me exactly what I wanted, had great communication, and exhibited patience while my husband and I drove 4 1/2 hours to get there. I had found the exact same vehicle at another dealership, and it was marked up $7K more than Huffines because of its rarity. Ben and Saul with the financing department were incredibly nice and patient as well. I did not feel pressured or taken advantage of. Austin in the service department was very welcoming.
