I
have
to
say
I
was
a
little
disappointed
my
first
time
coming
to
Crumbl.
I
guess
because
of
all
the
hype,
I
expected
a
more
fun,
inviting,
bakery
feel.
Maybe
it's
just
this
location.
I'm
not
sure.
But
when
I
walked
in,
I
was
a
bit
shocked.
It
seemed
very
sterile
and
hum
drum.
It
was
quiet,
no
music,
nobody
greeted
or
even
acknowledged
people
coming
in.
Customers
were
standing
around
awkwardly
waiting
for
their
cookies.
There
weren't
a
lot
of
people
so
I
wasn't
sure
what
was
taking
so
long
go
get
their
orders.
Two
of
the
tablets
for
ordering
were
broken.
They
were
out
of
chocolate
chip
cookies,
so
sadly
5
or
6
customers
left.
It
just
felt
a
little
depressing
to
be
honest.
The
cookie
on
the
other
hand
was
delicious.
I
got
the
cookies
and
cream.
It
was
slightly
undercooked
in
the
middle...but
I
understand
that
could
be
just
how
they
do
things
since
people
like
cookie
dough
so
I'm
not
complaining
about
that.
Still
tasted
amazing.
I'm
giving
it
a
4
instead
of
a
5
because
of
the
atmosphere
and
customer
service
just
wasn't
there.
I
get
that
their
business
model
is
mostly
just
pick
up
orders
and
quick
in
and
out
service.
But
it
wasn't
quick
and
there
wasn't
really
anywhere
for
people
to
wait.
I
think
if
they
at
least
had
music
and
just
a
quick
hello,
I
probably
would
have
given
5
stars.
