Not bad for a court house. The security guards always seem to be pretty nice and easygoing, but the rest of the staff on the first floor all seem to be in horrible moods and get super annoyed when they have to help someone. That includes the receptionists/front desk ladies, the attorneys and clerks that are always hanging out near the main entrance, the cafeteria workers, the angry people running the Diversion Program, and especially everyone in the payments department. It always feels like none of them want to be there and they've all decided to take out their bad days on anyone who asks for help. I suppose it's just like any other court house though.

Showed up for jury duty to find out you're supposed to call after 5pm, not by 5pm like the paperwork said. I called at 3pm the day before and it said I was needed. And they don't have a map for the maze of parking lots you'll find, so give yourself plenty of time to park. They had a map on the jury summons years ago, but someone thought it was a good idea to remove it! On a lighter note, the building is older and looks great! Cafeteria on 1st floor smells great walking in and they were quick to get you through the metal detectors.

I had a lot of help there and I and extremely grateful for that ..I was able to find handicap parking. That were nice people to help guide me to right places. Which one my knee scooter 🛴 was a heck of a walk the 2 nd time , I went there. Brick walkways.

Complete waste of tax payers money in Imperial Polk County the Sheriff needs to be fired he is an absolute joke!!!

Whichever judge signs off on the insane amount of unconstitutional red flag orders should be fired and disbarred.

It makes entirely no sense how long they have you waiting on the phone! 45-60 minute wait Is really RIDICULOUS!!!
