Great ***BRAND NEW*** community to live in. We moved in about a week ago. The office and maintenance staff have been very courteous and accommodating. They offer great events in the clubhouse for guests to mingle and get to know their new neighbors. (i.e gift wrapping stations, Holiday Pajama Party, etc.) can’t wait to see what else they come up with! The community and units have a very modern, contemporary and open concept feel. Also have an abundance of community amenities. I personally can’t wait to enjoy the pool and outdoor social areas when the weather permits!

Hello, I currently live here, moved in Nov. 2023. I have to say these apartments are very brand new. Beautiful pool area, gym, Internet sitting area very quiet, and the layout was constructed very well. Parking is very spacious, if you need a garage there's plenty of them. Very peaceful, nice neighbors and the office staff are wonderful. They attend to you quickly, Ariel one of the maint -personnel is a very handy & knowledgeable guy. I highly recommend if you're looking for a new fresh start in a great area, The Verge at Summer Park is where you belong. I've experienced the winter here warm & cozy, now I am ready for the summer so I can enjoy the pool area.

Everything has been great since my move in back in the New Year. Nicole was great from start to finish with my application process and the team as a whole has been very welcoming. Ariel the maintenance technician is great as well. Whenever there’s a issue he addresses it immediately and gets the job done.

I've been living here for about 5 months and am happy to report that the experience has been great so far! The leasing agents are responsive and friendly, and any issues I've had have been addressed promptly by the reliable maintenance team. Renewing my lease for sure! 5/5 stars!

Recently toured this community as I am searching for a new modern style complex. This property exceeded my expectations! Ashley helped me and my sister throughout the tour and she was top notch. She answered all my questions and concerns and was very straightforward. There are several floor plans to suit my lifestyle along with wonderful amenities and features. Definitely a top contender for me. Other communities should learn from their exceptional customer service.

This apartment complex is beautiful! It’s spacious and I look forward to coming home everyday. I’m glad I selected this one as I had several to choose from. The staff is amazing, patient and considerate. I just moved in a week ago. My hope is that it stays this way because I love it!

This place is great. Moved in a little less than a week ago and the process was super easy. The buildings are nice and staff are top of the line! Also my unit looks over the lake and these morning views can’t get any better at other places!

I’ve had only pleasant experiences here so far. I moved in December 2023. Today one of the maintenance guys, Ariel, came by to fix the dishwasher which wasn’t working for some reason. He was polite and got the issue fixed super quickly.

Nicole is excellent and great Ambassador of Verge. Nicole is good natural warm welcome has no match. Nicole showed me round the property with smiles and joy,. Great place! I worked with Nicole from start to finish— she was prompt and so helpful, and even scheduled a tour for the actual unit I was interested in. It’s brand new with good lighting and super clean. The area is safe as well and the doors have an extra top lock. It’s everything I could ask for
