After my TBI, life and medical care has been very hard. The experience here was encouraging thankfully. Ricardo was EXCELLENT…he was very thoughtful and I felt that he really cared. The office was clean and timely, and the front desk staff were kind.

Rebekah was awesome! Made my test go smooth and easy. I really didn't want to be in my situation but they made me feel at ease. She and Tamisha were very friendly and professional.

I suffered from a concussion And one of the simplest things I appreciate with this place that was the most major to me is that During my visit, they actually had the place very dim yet well lit. I felt like the lighting in the lobby and throughout the facility is Literally catering to those who are hyper sensitive to light and sound besides, the awesome bedside manners of each of them. I truly appreciate that they catered to the most smallest details while giving the best and most comforting experience while going through this journey. I had a great experience at the location in Lawrenceville. The office was clean and it had a feeling a peace and serenity. They were hospitable while I waited. I liked that I was provided a chance to fill out everything ahead of time. My scheduler Tanisha was super super nice and the technician Rebekah was very patient. I had an over great experience.

Everything with my appointment with Amazing. My technician was Justin and Paola and my scheduler was Tamisha. Everything was explained clearly to me and they were very friendly.

My experience here was smooth and the staff was very comforting. With so much going on, Tamisha worked with me in scheduling my appointment and understanding when I needed to changes the time just the day before. Getting there I was seen and talked through the process by Rebekah and Mahogany which made me feel a lot more comfortable. Great staff made this visit pleasant, I felt better leaving than before coming.
