As a Deaf person, the experience I had with the worker (an Indian gentleman) was very, very courteous & friendly when I needed a new cover plate for my iPhone 11. He asked to give him 20 minutes which I did. When I returned, he took time to show me how he inserted the anti-glare plate on top of the cover. I appreciate him and we need more workers like him. 👍🏻👍🏻

Warranty policy was fantastic. I fixed my screen about a month ago and yesterday my screen went black but the phone worked to recieve calls and notifications. I went in and they completely fixed my phone free of charge! Very friendly, effient and proactive. I'll definitely continue making the 30 minute drive to see them if needed. Fingers crossed I don't have to though.

Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Replacing my cracked screen was very simple and only cost $12 as opposed to a new one a Verizon which was going to be $60. Will definitely go back.

Great experience! Was worried they wouldn’t let me replace my broken $50 case because I couldn’t find the original box or receipt but they took my old case and gave me a new one for $10 no questions asked.

Great program for screen replacement. I only get my screen protectors through here! Always great customer service and the screen protectors they use have saved my phone on countless occasions.

Horrible customer service, always finding ways to charge you for something that should be warrantied through the product. The company itself will help you but when you go to this location treatment is never good. They don't answer the phone that's posted or respond to emails and there's never a manager to speak to or anyone in leadership to help. It's truly disappointing because I really like this product and they're the only one in the area

Rohith did a great job- I was in line and his coworker was helping another customer and he jumped the line to get my watch and my phone and he started replacing both screens. He completed my order and promptly checked me out at the same time his partner was checking out the other customer !

It was quick and easy, although I thought replacement was free but I was charged $12.00.
