I finally gave in and gave the company two stars. I got a pop-up where I could make comments, but I had to reveal my identity to do so! Since I have no good options other than sticking with that company for now, I do not wish to let them know that I gave them a poor review. I believe Thrive is deliberately biasing the results to sell more businesses on their agency. Why rely on standard review sites when you can pay to get good reviews? No thanks, I am not participating. Reply to Response: Hi Matt, after posting the review, I discovered that Rive is a separate company, but apparently owned by Thrive. If that is not the case, please let me know (I did not reply directly to you because you did not provide any contact information). At any rate, I am not a client of Rive either, but Rive did contact me repeatedly asking me to review a client of theirs, and I am a client of their client, so if that is all true, the review is valid. I think potential clients of your company deserve to know how your operation is viewed by clients of yours (or your subsidiary).
