I would love to tell you this place is terrible and give it 1 star so i could keep it all to myself. Lol. Nice staff, nice level pad site, lots of space between campers, the views are nice, boat ramp, designated swimming area with sandy beach, clean restrooms. This is what you think of when you imagine what rv-ing should be.

Love this place, lots of families, clean, beautiful scenery sometimes u can see lots of deer out and about. The restrooms are also very clean and stocked with paper. There are good amount of rv spots in different areas. We like the spots right by the water.

We are on an 8 week road trip in a small travel trailer. We chose this campground at the price of $55.00 per night for a Premium site because we were ready for a place to stay that was more upscale. Sadly, we were quite disappointed. On the positive side: Our site was level. We had nice view of the lake. It was fairly quiet at night. It did have private baths with warm showers and electricity. The sites were not large, but there is adequate room. It's great place for families. On the negative side: $55.00 is an extremely high to pay for the value. The sites and road are both gravel and dirt. The dirt turns to Texas slimy clay in even a light rain. Buildings are old and not well cared for. The bathrooms were quite dirty when we arrived and obviously not cleaned over our 3 day stay. It just isn't as I would expect for the "premium" price. The campground as a whole had a VERY rustic appearance. This is really a fishing camp...it was super busy with fishing boats, people coming and going with "fish camps" set up. Which is great if you like fishing. But, if you're looking for excellence I do not recommend it.

We absolutely love camping here! You can normally book a decent site without much notice if you’re not trying to stay during a holiday. Site bookings are allowed 12 months to the date in advance. The lots are spacious, especially the ones on the water. You can bring a boat and there is plenty of space to invite friends and have a small hangout. Each RV spot has a mature tree and we love hanging lights on, it adds to the ambience. Also, there is a park bench with seats, a stationary charcoal grill, and a pit in the ground! We love staying at Coleto!

Clean facilities and friendly staff. Mowers running around tents without warning was a little frustrating due to dust and dirt flying in and on everything, but was still a pleasant experience.

Great park! Awesome fishing, nice hiking trails, camping facilities looked great but will have to go camping there to know for sure. $17 day use fee seems steep at first, but it appears the money actually stays in the park. Can't wait to go back, for some camping and kayaking. I believe the overnight camping fee is $47, again seems pricey, but appears to be worth it.

Beautiful well maintained area. Wonderful staff, and guest. Great 4G connectivity. No air traffic over head. Mostly a fishing spot. Super relaxed and quiet.

Hidden gem....I was only there for a short visit & didn't get to enjoy the water as much as I'd have wanted to but, it has a great relaxing atmosphere, clean & picnic tables with bbq pits galore....& everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.... I'll be going back to camp for sure❀❀

Great place. The campsite was pretty clean and abundant space between one spot to the other. A lot of boat in the lake so be prepared when ever you get till the water. A lot of catfish. The pier have a lot of Christmas trees so don't know what is the deal with that. Overall great experience.

Cabins are old and plain, spider webs in bedroom areas, big gaps under doors, wasp nest outside cabin walls, handicap ramp rails old and splintery, key to doors are difficult to lock and unlock, possible fire hazard, safety covers on the outside plugs are missing and not working

Boat Ramp is horrible very Unsafe. Docks are old and in bad shape exposed nails and old boards . Angle of ramp makes it very hard to load boat. , park is clean , restrooms fairly clean no lights in rest rooms
