From start to finish they went above and beyond. I recently completed a gut job renovation on the main level of my home and when I tell you Universal Stone’s team is the only contractor I worked with that I had zero issues with. Their communication was prompt and courteous, they had one tiny snafu with the install but they fixed it immediately. Reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, quality workmanship AND reasonably priced?! 10/10 would work with again and again and again.

Universal Stone has been exceptional! My bathroom countertops, tub surround and shower curbs look AMAZING! (Photos below are work in progress.) To ensure they had everything correct, Universal Stone came to re-template after a slight design change. Everything came out perfectly and I can't wait to complete my other two projects with them!

We are new to the area and so lucky to find Universal Stone. Selection, pricing transparency, clear communication, great follow up, Beautiful install! We are super happy with the end result. We are still finishing our trim work but you can see from the pics and the instal was fast and efficient, great team! They even cut the vanity top to cap the knee wall at the end of the bath! Perfect!

You guys! They are the real deal! We’ve been to a couple slab places and have called quite a few other places. After leaving my information via their contact form, I was contacted by Tara. I was instructed to visit this warehouse. Once there, we were greeted by a knowledgeable lady, Vinny. She took some information and got straight to the point. Thanks to their beautiful pieces and her knowing where to direct us, this was one of the quickest trips/decisions we’ve ever made when choosing a slab. Template guy was here in two weeks after that, and the installers were here the next. The template guy was quick. The installers, however, stole the show. It’s raining all day and they worked in the rain. I was expecting them to come inside with shoes and make a huge dusty mess so we had laid plastic down. They cut the hole outside in the rain and took their shoes off in the house. They did a great job installing the slab, being careful not to leave any gaps in their seals. It looks so much better than before. They cleaned up well and were probably out in an hour and a half, but it felt much faster. I can’t stress what a great job they did. We got the White Lace slab. It is beautiful. 😍

Lexi was a pleasure working with, she made the process as easy as possible especially when dealing with such a slack cabinet company. Countertops are absolutely dreamy & make us love our kitchen even more!

Amazing experience! This was my 1st kitchen renovation so I was a bit nervous. Nicki was exceptional to work with from start to finish! Made it quick and easy. Leo, the installer, was polite, friendly, and professional. He walked me through the installation process. He and his crew did a phenomenal job! No hiccups or issues anywhere! We used Universal Stone to install granite countertops for a wine bar and outdoor kitchen. The finished product not only looks fantastic, but they made the entire process easy. Very professional, prompt communication, great service.

My husband and I wanted our countertops and backsplash redone along with removing our old bulky corbels a d replacing them with flush mounts that we would t hit our knees on when sitting on our bar stools. When we went to the design room in Ballantyne we met with Hemant and he knew exactly the look we were going for. He priced us out for a new sink, countertops, corbels, and backsplash for lower than all of the competitors and the work is absolutely beautiful!!! We would definitely recommend Universal Stone to any friends or family.
