The food was absolutely delicious. It came out relatively quickly once we ordered; however, the drinks were notably slow to arrive. Our entrees were delivered before the drinks… our drinks were also incorrect upon arrival. Our waiter forgot a few things that we asked for (extra napkins, side marinara, stuff like that throughout our time there); but, the food was phenomenal. Great value - hot, tasty, big portions. Service: 7/10 Food: 10/10 Aesthetic: 9/10 Atmosphere: 9/10

Since I moved to charlotte from LA most of the food has been a little underwhelming. This has surprisingly been the best food so far. The price is also reasonable. But best of all the service is fantastic. You sit anywhere you like and order via phone or at the front. But its much quicker and convenient for everyone if you order at the table on your phone. Service is really fast and really good. Fantastic decor.

Cool Italian place. The Penne Alla Vodka. Very good and the pasta is homemade. They also have pizza so it was a hard choice on what to get. Very eclectic group of people in the restaurant. They have wheat options for pasta and that's what I got. Cool set up and our waitress, Emily, was awesome!

This is the "replacement" for Vapianos and although this place has a lot of potential, it misses the mark on the former glory. Food was good, and the staff was attentive, but if you are looking for something a little more traditional, you may want to pass on this one. They are completely paperless. No menus, no cash, and the atmosphere I feel reflects that policy. The process caused a lot of confusion for our group.

To top it off, the General Manager Andrew took the time to come my table and hear of my experience upon my request. I will most definitely return to this establishment to dine!!!!!!! In times of uncertainty and a little despair, the staff mentioned above, turned a normal day of such into a PHENOMENAL, EXTRAORDINARY start to a great rest of the day!!!! The ambiance was good, price is good but the service was mid level. Food took a while to come and the server would come intermittently. The pizza sat under the hood for a while. So it wasn’t super fresh when it got to our table. We got the margarita pizza. Flavors were there. Also got the flat homemade pasta. Was delicious.

Service staff were friendly. However, the food was quite bad. The mushroom and white wine pasta dish I ordered was very disappointing. The sauce was obscenely thin and didn’t adhere to the pasta at all. Flavor was nice, but I couldn’t get over the soupiness and went elsewhere for dinner.

Let's start with the restaurant itself. It's very spacey, fun laid back atmosphere, chill music playing in the background, the servers are nice. The food was delicious and a lot. Wasn't expecting the calzone to be that big. I had the shrimp scampi and that was delicious as well. Overall, great place and I'll visit again

This has become our favorite spot now for Italian cuisine, the menu is simple, easy to order and tastes so good, this was the second time trying and we went as two families with friends and everyone liked the food we ordered. Would definitely recommend to my friends or anyone who wanted to have nice Italian food.

Took a while to get seated out on the sidewalk on a Saturday afternoon, but at least we didn't have to wait to order once we got a table. You scan a QR code to open a tab and see the menu to order. Seems like everyone in the party can order individually from their own phones and add it to whatever tab they want (good for mixed groups), but it's annoying you each also have to give your phone number when it already knows which tab you're using. When you're done, you can just pay at your leisure and be on your way. The food was good, but every addition to the basic pasta costs extra, which can easily add up.

Very delicious dinner with great service. Location was super convenient and prices were great! Will definitely eat here again when in Charlotte.

This is one of the best places I have ever been too. It's really great for covid 19 too because you order online or at a kiosk without having to talk to the water. There is also a bar near the front and patio seating outside. The buttered noodles were great and the portions were huge. The Oreo layered dessert is the best dessert I've ever had. This place was great and staff was really friendly. Kind of expensive but worth it

Was staying in downtown Charlotte and this was the only place open. Had to get it take out and used the digital kiosk to order and pay for the meal. Was easy and hassle free. Got the cesear salad 🥗 and the chicken 🐔 noodle soup to start. Then got some meatballs and for the main meal chicken, 🍄 mushroom and shrimp 🍤 Alfredo. Throughly enjoyed everything and was glad they were open for business! Staff was friendly and quick. Stayed at the bar and watched the Dodgers lose while I waited. Would recommend this place to anyone going downtown.

Nice Place and setup. Food was good and price is decent. The only thing is that there was a a sign “Please wait to be seated” at entrance. Was not greeted nor was I seated. We were a party of 7 and had to choose our own table. No silverware or napkins provided at all for 5 out 7 of us.

I ordered a meat lovers calzone today and my co-worker picked it up. This is what was brought back to me!!! Would you want to eat this burnt mess? The cost of food is too high to be given THIS! Whoever cooked this then proceeded to put it in a box for someone to eat, needs to be fired!

Visited for the first time with friends. We waited a good 5 min to be seated as the hostess was no where to be found. Waiters walked by us multiple times and we didn't even get acknowledged. Finally seated and we had to wait again as the table was still dirty. Our waiter Daniel was very nice. We had a group of 5. Everyone ordered at the same time. I myself ordered the baked ziti with meatballs. Everyone's food came out at the same time, except mine. Finally 5 min later I get mine. Was not worth the wait. My ziti was over cooked and the meatballs were dry and flavorless. My friends' meals looked so delicious however and al said their food was good. I should have gotten something else for sure.

The food and service was amazing. I ordered the margherita pizza and chicken Alfredo. Everything was hot and fresh. Our server was very prompt and helpful as well. Definitely will be back.

Probably the best pizzas I’ve had in Charlotte! This place is very nice, we seated in the booth which was extremely comfortable! Glad that our friend recommended that place to us! We will be back for sure!

Had to wait a bit before a waiter came over but the experience was great afterwards. The food was good although my ravioli was lukewarm but I still enjoyed it. The Alfredo was great, would recommend ordering it. Waitress was very friendly. Went for lunch and there's wasn't too many people. Prices were average for Italian.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing been here so many times and I never get tired of it. Love their wine selection and if you go there is a must to try their strawberry sangria. I loved how the staff were hunting down what wine I wanted and how great they were when it came to serving us. The food is absolutely delicious. Cant wait to run back in there.

Great food, odd ordering. You order from your phone and it's brought to your table. Not a lot of communication with the waiters though. I had the Ravioli Ricotta Spinaci. Very good!

The food was kind of disappointing. The Margherita pizza was watery and all the toppings slid off. The pasta was congealed like it sat in the window..the Calzone was Luke warm and salty. The Cucumber Collins was absolutely amazing tho. It seems like if they had their back of the house in order, the food would be fantastic..

We had a great experience for lunch and will definitely go back. The Bruschetta Pesto appetizer was fresh and came out quickly. The Strawberry Spinach Salad was delicious and the perfect portion side. The service was solid as well (hard to find these days). I'm excited to try the pasta next time we go back.
