What an excellent service! Jun was incredibly helpful, providing instructions to solve my phone problem at no cost to me! Highly recommend. If my electronic device or cell phone breaks down, I will use it now! Other places are ridiculously expensive, but here they are conscientious and very kind.

I found out about this through a search when I was having a hard time with a blue screen suddenly appearing, Windows continuing to buffer, and my laptop not turning on! You fixed it very well! They kindly updated the windows to determine the cause and cleaned the inside as well. Highly recommended!!
