Owners are some of the rudest people i have ever met. First off were told no guests or they will kick us out without refund. They also told us they didnt want to give us the weekly rate. They bitched about everything and kept bitching and standing outside of your room practically harassing you. They talked about us to other guests we were told. Charged us a $3.50 fee for a key and our neighbor said they didn't do that to them then they didn't return our key fee. I would not go here. The rooms are fairly clean and nice but their behavior makes me not want to give them money. They also make their child who cant be more than 12 or 13 clean rooms

Cheapskates, came here from Houston due to Hurricane Harvey and these people literally tried to get ever Penny I did not have, at first they the Indian guy told me it would be $45 a night and I said ok I will be back. When I came back a Indian lady was at the front desk, I told her I was trying to get a one bed for the night and she said it was $56 a night, I told her the man told me it would be $45 so she called him over. He then told me he never said that he told me it would be $65 plus tax for a one bed, I asked him why he changed the price and he said it's cause it's a Friday and there are going to be people from the Hurricane. I really didn't say anything, I just left. I am not about to lose my cool with people like this. These rooms were nasty anyways, they look like jail cells, do not come to these people! I had someone that stayed here and they kept coming to the room to check and make sure no more people were going to be in the room. Bad people, just saying...

Dirty, old. Owners rude and in your business constantly. No guests allowed, got in trouble because pizza guy delivered. They stand outside your door and listen. Do not stay here if you are visiting from out of town and family could stop by. Also, there are lots of roaches and pretty sure they have bedbugs.

These people were very nice. The community of people who live there full-time were friendly, which is not often the case in places like this. The price was square and competitive. If they could only somehow invest in renovations and improvements, I think they'd be on par with chains like Days Inn.

The owners are so nice and welcoming. They worked with me to help me get a cheaper price for an extended stay, and are very respectful of privacy and space. I would definitely recommend this place. Plus, no where else in Lufkin has rooms this size for such a good price. Ten out of ten 💯♥️👍👏

Bathroom need tub and sink fix, room smelled stale. Room to close to restaurant on site, car doors opening and closing in the morning. The owners are excellent and friendly, and eager to satisfy. I will try another room, and rate this place again! I slept well, that's what matter!

They don't allow pets. The female owner is so rude. They clean the rooms every single day, whether you want them to or not. There are no do not disturb signs because they will disturb you regardless. They said we couldn't rent because we destroyed the room which was a lie. She was being judgemental because she said I could stay, but as soon as she found out my husband (who's covered in tattoos) was there too, she made us get out.

Hate is a very strong word. Everybody needs a place to stay but not my family there. After being in an accident I was able to park in their driveway whike waiting for a tow. They got that going for them.
