From our first contact via email to our final goodbye, Denise and Bob, welcomed us with gracious, exceptional hospitality, personalizing our trip with amazing touches. Breakfasts were elegant, beautiful and delicious! We felt like royalty all weekend with their sublime treatment - from offering boutique tea selections, crafted coffee, and exquisite food presentation and gourmet breakfasts, to the Becker Vineyard bath salts, cold drinking water, personal robes, gorgeous antiques and decor and a comfortable four-poster bed in our room, we LOVED every minute of our time at MPH. We especially enjoyed hot baths in the oversized claw-foot tub! As an added bonus, the hosts built a fire in their fire-pit one night and sat outside with us and other guests sharing, laughing and enjoying the beautiful evening. They even asked what wine we preferred and placed a specific bottle for us in the shared adult beverage refrigerator in the parlor. They love Aggies and welcomed our two Aggies to the property for breakfast each morning (for a nominal fee - and well worth it!!) and to explore the grounds, sit on the porch rocking chairs and just to spend time with us at their beautiful, historic home during A&M's Parent's Weekend. We highly recommend staying with Denise and Bob! Their home is spectacular! You'll leave feeling refreshed and pampered, and you'll definitely add new friends to your list to boot! We'll return as often as possible and hope you will, too!

One of my favorite places in town. This home is tucked away on a big lot, has tons of windows, big porches, old trees, and so much character. The hosts are the most friendly, warm and welcoming people, it’s clear that they enjoy their guests as much as the guests enjoy their stay. I HIGHLY recommend this home and the history that comes along with it 🥰

We were in town for a graduation. Beautiful home, full of antiques , the rooms were comfortable, bedding was super soft and comfy. Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend.

My sister and I booked a room for our parent's 50th anniversary. They hit it off with Denise & Bob! They shared a bottle of wine, got a tour of the house and property, sat outside chatting. My parents raved about the breakfast. Yogurt granola parfait (which my mom could not get over how good the yogurt was), quiche and bacon, and a Dutch baby with strawberries. They felt so comfortable and sounds like they made two new friends!

This place was absolutely stunning! Bob and Denise were exceptional hosts- accommodating, friendly, and caring. My husband booked our stay for a weekend get-a-away and we hit very strong storms close to downtown Bryan coming in for the night. Denise texted us and directed us to a garage close to our location for us to ride out the storm safely and then Bob and Denise greeted us at their B&B with a fire, a glass of wine, and shared the history of the home with us while we got situated for the evening. They are not kidding when they say they are known for their breakfasts, it’s both fancy in the sense that it presents like a 5-star restaurant but is home-cooked and thoughtful. The rooms and furnishings were beautiful, our room and accommodations were extremely comfortable while still preserving the charm of the home. We are definitely coming back! Can’t forget the sweet dogs, too!

We hosted our gender reveal party here and it was absolutely perfect! The historic home is stunning! It is a Bryan gem and I was so excited to book here. There is so much history and everyone just went on how beautiful it is. The location is great too. Right in downtown Bryan! Denise and Bob are phenomenal hosts and go completely above and beyond! They made sure our event was perfect and were on top of everything. They have everything you could need for an event and helped up plan it out ahead of time. They made our event stress-free which is hard to do. They even helped set up! It was such a beautiful and special day thanks to them! Highly recommend for any event you are planning! It’s the perfect venue with the BEST hosts!

The Milton Parker Home B&B was absolutely delightful! The owners/hosts, Bob & Denise, were the most welcoming, gracious hosts I've encountered! They truly went out of their way to make me feel at home! The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful; the bed and pillows were luxuriously comfy; and every need provided for with obvious care. I definitely recommend a stay at this lovely B&B on your next visit to the area!

We visited as a group of moms to see our Aggies! I cannot say enough about this beautiful home- Denise and Bob make this a place you don’t want to leave and cannot wait to return! We had the most delightful stay at the Milton Parker Home Bed and Breakfast! The house (that felt like a home), the rooms, the comfortable beds - all immaculate and so beautifully decorated! The owners are the most wonderful hosts, and the breakfast was outstanding! Denise tailored every meal to our specific needs (lactose intolerance, our 9-year-old going to their Rugby tournament, everything was delicious and thoughtful!...). I can't say enough of this MAGICAL place!

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and looking for a fun and different place to stay other than a standard hotel. We are so glad we found the Milton Parker Home Bed and Breakfast! Bob and Denise were lovely hosts and so accommodating. We enjoyed the beautiful home, rooms, comfy beds, and delicious breakfast. Everything is truly lovely and well taken care of. This is truly a gem of a place and we highly recommend it!

Amazing!!! My wife and I stayed at the Milton Parker Home this weekend. If you are looking for a couples get away or time with family...this is perfect! This B&B goes way beyond great food and excellent service. It is an experience. Bob and Denise created something special when restoring this 200 year old Victorian home and separate cottage. They want to share it with all guests who take interests. Their attention to detail and passion for life showed in all interactions. We chose a full vegetarian breakfast and were met with multiple entrees and flavors. This is extremely rare (even for established resorts and restaurants). The food was excellent. The only negative...my wife now wants to live there. Cleanliness is top of mind during this time. It was a very safe environment as well. You'll have to see it for yourself! I had the loveliest stay at the Milton Parker Home Bed and Breakfast in Bryan, Texas. I was in the area visiting friends, and this grand Victorian was my home away from home. Every detail of the place was stunning, and my bedroom was beautifully decorated, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The owners, Denise and Bob, were very gracious and ensured that every moment of my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast Denise prepared was phenomenal with chocolate zucchini bread, goat cheese and cherry tomato frittata, bacon, avocado, and peach pie French toast! I cannot wait to return to this gorgeous bed and breakfast.

The Milton Parker Home is an outstanding B&B! The rooms, decor, and atmosphere are all lovely and 5-star worthy, but the hosts, Bob and Denise, make a stay here truly incomparable to any other. Not only do they prepare the best breakfast meals I have ever had, but they treat you like family and make you feel right at home! They are kind and friendly, and they will have anyone who stays looking forward to their return!

I stayed here this last weekend, October 15 - 17, 2021 and it was simply one of the best places I have ever had the pleasure to stay. You might ask why or what other experiences do you have. I have traveled in and out of the U.S. and also owned a campground with cabins so I do know what I am talking about more than the average person. Denise and Bob are fantastic hosts. They will leave you by yourself if that is what you want or they will join you and have a lot of information about the area. One of the things I was warned about was the train tracks close by. I will tell you that the bed was so comfortable and I slept so soundly, I never heard the train at night. I am a vegetarian and was given a terrific breakfast both of my mornings. I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast.

My boyfriend took me here as a surprise getaway. The owners are so kind and welcoming! The property and rooms are well kept and extremely comfortable. Food was great and I strongly recommend this place to couples or anyone who wants a nice, relaxing vacation.
