Excellent and awesome museums,if you visit Milwaukee, you need to visit here. Street of old Milwaukee are details and awesome feels like traveling back to the old Era. Seriously, it is worth it to visit. My kids are happy and love it. The museum closed on Tuesday and there was a lot of parking around the museum.

Haven't been here since I was young. Wanted the nostalgia before they move to a new location and do not incorporate it in the new museum.

This is the best part of the public museum. So many memories as a kid coming here, seeing the flickering old lights, and visiting the old-times candy store. I hope this exhibit makes it to the new museum location — it is a gem!

It will be a total shame when the new museum opens without the REAL Streets of Old Milwaukee.

It is an incredible permanent exhibition, totally worth it as it interactively reflects the Milwaukee of the 1900s

Came from Chicago to see this exhibit. Heard it was decorated for Christmas. Enjoyed it very much. Very interesting seeing how life was om Milwaukee 100 years ago. Also liked it's twin exhibit which shows may European life scenes. This is a great museum Many interesting and informative exhibits. Easy to get to, easy to park, and reasonable prices.

I LOVE this place. The displays are detailed and well-designed. I especially noticed the smell of fresh bread in front of the bread store. There's so much to see, and we ran out of time! I'll definitely need to come back in the future.

It is a great area with many things to see and do... it is technically a museum... but very beautiful, clean and with many sections such as; dinosaurs, old streets, animals, plants, etc. You will love the butterfly dome!!

I loved this exhibit especially! It was like being on the set of a movie, cool to stroll through and see the little Christmas decorations included.

The thing we probably enjoyed the most was the street car where they have screens with the city going by. If you watch close it shows 3 separate time periods where as buildings go by you see what it turns into over they years, different businesses and such. Very cool. The candy store is usually cool too but it was closed last time we went.

Streets of Milwaukee is an incredibly charming exhibit and shows just how diverse Milwaukee’s history truly is. A must see before the Public Museum moves to its new home.

My favorite exhibit at this museum!! So sad it will be gone when they move locations. Please keep this exhibit, as it is precious to lots of people, both natives and visitors!!

Well-done, immersive exhibition with many different ways to engage with the topic of Milwaukee history. Spend a few minutes or a few hours just in this section. The Public Museum itself is a real treasure.

Been enjoying it since I was a kid. Wish the water pump was still working and the Haymarket store was still open. See it before the museum moves.
