Great place to eat Costa Rica food. Good atmosphere, family dining place also have a bar place with music

Great as usual. The Service is always Great! The atmosphere is always calm and The Food!! DELICIOUS!! To be Honest.. PURA IS 1 (probably the only1) Best Latin Restaurants in Trenton NJ.

This was my first time eating at Pura Vida Restaurant. I go to Costa Rica once a year and really enjoy the tico dishes, well this place does not disappoint! The food was incredibly delicious and are large portions. The staff are extremely friendly I had a nice conversation with Andrew before we left. I cannot wait to go back.

Great food, I loved the traditional Costa Rican ceviche and the picada. In my opinion they have one of the best traditional margaritas I have tried in the area.

It's hard for me to judge the food, but it seemed pretty good. I usually judge the food based on sopa de mariscos, which I didn't order. I really liked the spacious dining room, ambiance, and great service. They don't play music too loud in the dining area, also a plus.

If you call and try to order to go you have to pay upfront while you are placing the order otherwise you have to come in order and wait till they get the food ready. Food is okay but they got really pricey. Presentation really bad.

Price for a cocktail is crazy, Rum and coke full with ice, coke and single shot of rum $16.00 this place is out of their mind.

Simple service and superb attention. The waitressing staff was patient and very knowledgeable about the dishes. Although it is a costarican themed restaurant….the menus expands into more than just Spanish so you are not just limited to one style of cuisine. They must have an army in the kitchen or be super organized because waiting for food was no more than 10-15 minutes (I was there with a party of 20 people). The bar….very skilled bartender and not stingy. The drink portions were very good. (Ordered. Mojito and lime wasn’t powering anything…nor was the mint or the rum. It was just right). The bathrooms were clean…this is a very well organized restaurant.

Sorry I can’t say the food was good the food was terrible and the staff was not friendly my bill was 45 for a small rice and small bean and some nasty 🤮 picada wow I don’t recommend it to anyone don’t believe everything you read here smh 🤦‍♀️

I want to thank you for this most delicious beef soup. I'm recovering from the flu and this really hit the spot. The white starchy sides are a bit odd for me, but what I really wanted was the beef, broth, carrot and potato, and this soup delivered with big flavor and satisfaction. It almost feels like a hug from my grandparents. Thank you again - I really needed that. 🙏💗

We came on a Monday to try the food and drinks while we were watching a game drinks were good food was amazing service was excellent definitely coming back we had ceviche and pork belly as appetizers it was good food

One of the best fancy restaurants in Trenton believe or not! Great vibe, food and service are great! There are 2 bars and one of them has a dance floor.

I've been stopping for lunch at quite a few spanish restaurants in Trenton and decided to try this one. The place is pretty big, with a decent sized off street parking lot. The customers are all friendly and they seem to get s nice day time crowd. If you are going here for a drink keep in mind the bar only seats 5. Very friendly staff but most of them seem to speak little English. The food is good but not quite at the level of Dubai or Sabor Latin. Still, a good place overall and I would come back.

The annual party was amazing. Many people were there, music was great. Service was good as well, they ran out of smirnoff ice drinks but I still had a great time.

Great place, nice atmosphere, clean, bathrooms made to suit higher echelon. Ton of food, but you must have ample time to sit and enjoy the atmosphere.
