After seeing the great reviews, we stopped here for some sandwiches and empanadas. I got the lomito sandwich and found it to be fresh and high quality, though a little more bland than expected. I'd give it a 7/10. However, the empanadas were the best I've ever had. We got the tradicional and the beef and both had perfectly crispy, buttery crusts stuffed with wonderfully seasoned and moist fillings that were mostly meat. We regretted getting the sandwiches and decided that next time, we are only getting empanadas. Truly awesome!

A unique place to try real empanadas. I am Argentinian and I went with my family, we found all the good varieties of empanadas as at home with a plus of home made salsas like chimichurri with no extra cost. Highly recommend!

Went here based on the rave reviews and was a bit let down. The food certainly wasn't bad, it was just ok. Given the empanadas were over $4 each they were a bit small and not overly flavorful. That being said the dessert empanadas were delicious! I'm not sure if they come in any size but the minis but if they did I would go back just for those. That staff was friendly and the atmosphere was fun and casual, but I wouldn't rush back for the food.

The empenadas were great, my favorite part was the flaky crust. I can't give this place 5 stars because my mother in law makes better empenadas. ;-) Overall, you can't go wrong coming here!

After eating in their restaurant location, we found them at the Farmer’s Market. We bought three empanadas and saved them for a picnic lunch at Chautauqua later in the day. I especially liked the ham and cheese, but the beef and egg where also excellent. It is the delicate pastry crust that makes them stand out. These photos are from their booth at the Farmer’s Market.

Oh my goodness, these empanadas are really something special! They are packed with filling, delectably seasoned and cooked perfectly. So many delicious options for empanadas and the price point is affordable enough that you can try as many as your heart desires! I had the ham and cheese and the mushroom and loved both. My partner had the Lomito Completo Sandwich and it was very tasty! The atmosphere inside the restaurant was so inviting and the patio is very quaint, especially considering it is just off of a busy intersection. The staff is friendly and patient while you decide which treasure you'll love the best. Highly recommend!! 12/10 will return to this Boulder staple again!

This place!!!!!! I was on my way to a different restaurant but saw this on the corner as I was driving by and the atmosphere looked so inviting. Went inside and ordered the #1 and #4 to eat and had the Terere to drink (a local drink that is so refreshing). The food was amazing and the drink so good! The crust was so flaky and buttery and the meat was quality. The taste was genuine and not like some of those fake Empanadas you find at other places. Anytime I’m in town I will be coming by here! Thank you so much for the great food and kind service.

Empanadas better than the ones I’ve had in Miami! Incredible crust, please know that the flakiness CANNOT be overstated. My partner and I came in one day, was wowed, had to come back in ASAP. Funny enough, they recognized us, and we realized later that we came back the actual next day, that’s why they recognized us so quick. 🤣🥴 anyhow, incredible stuff! Get it all, you won’t be sorry!

Guys, let me start by saying I go here often and their food is usually 5/5. However, today I decided to order out. I got an empanada and a chicken empanada salad. I’ve had the salad to eat at the restaurant and it was plentiful, filling and so good. So I decided to order it again. And look at the state of it. That is a disgrace of a salad, and it’s not like it’s cheap. It’s the saddest looking salad I’ve ever had. Come on guys, you are much much better than that!!!!!! How can anyone order take out if this is what you get.

Small place with not a lot of tables but BOY is the food good. See lots of pick up orders, good number of choices to pick from from the menu. Everything I’ve tried has been DELICIOUS and I go every time I’m in town!

The staff is really nice and friendly and the food is great! Love the empanadas and the atmosphere. Enough parking available to get in and out with ease. Going to come back to try some sandwiches! I love the Argentina decorations on the inside. A lot of flare and fun going on with the interior design. Probably best to call ahead if you’re taking out. Plenty of seating available on the inside also.

I think the only mistake was on my end, I was hungry ready to order and ready to eat. I wasn't sure on their offering and ordered what I thought were empanadas and with meat. However I believe I made the mistake as the cashier explained but I was not focused, I order the Patagonia and a different one and then noticed they had sandwiches which seemed very appealing from the ingredients. I ended order the lomita and their yerba de mata drink with orange and agave Miel/honey. The flavor of drink is light and refreshing not sweet. The empemadas were delicious but I think I miss d the meat and ordered the wrong numbers, believe he probably said most after #10 or 12 don't have meat but I understood the opposite maybe that's the green plant on the menu icon. Lol. Anyways for being a carnivore I can appreciate them and tasted great, the cheese flavor was not overbearing or strong or greesy. The dough was different than I expected but was delicious. It is very flaky as someone mentioned, perhaps the ones I've had are more baked and slightly fried or basted. So they were different but still delicious. I was impressed with the monitor, it tasted like what a great Cubano should taste or imagine would taste. While I've never been impressed with cubanos where I've had them I was very much enjoying this. It was simple seemed small but was a god portion size and fresh. It tasted similar the chain that sells smaller sandwiches on ciabiatta bread. I would highly recommend this place.

This place slaps! After moving to Boulder, I've struggled to find a restraunt that reminds me of my parents Mexican food; Rincon Argentino does just that. The #2, carne picante was soft yet crispy, and the carne was cooked to perfection. The cheese in the #10, caprese stretched for at least a foot-long after biting into it, I think that speaks for itself.

Some of the best empanadas around! The pastry was very flaky. There's a decent variety of flavours, including a ham and cheese (which ended up being my favourite). I would definitely recommend this to anyone planning on being in the Boulder area.

Came here whilst visiting Boulder. I ordered the tradicional empanada which wasn't very good. It was very bland and there wasn't any taste to it. I've definitely had better ones. My friend had the ham and cheese empanada though and said that one was good, so maybe it's just the tradicional one that isn't very good.

What a great place! The service was fantastic, happy to answer questions and make recommendations...super friendly. The whole place was very clean. A handful of tables inside and a great patio area outside. Decor/style really fit the place. Ordering was easy from the board, the attendent was helpful answering questions. The choices of empanada styles/fillings was more that I had personally ever scene. We tried a few different options and thought they were all very tasty. I heartily reccomend stopping by here or even ordering for a pick up if so inclined.

Came here for lunch with some coworkers. It was really good. I had the #2, 4, and 6. I didn't find them too spicy, but I do like spicy food. The atmosphere was very cool, and the staff was really professional and friendly. If you're in Boulder, definitely stop in for a bite.

It truly lives up to the name as you can really taste traditional Argentinian fare. I had the lomito completo and the gaucho empanda, as well as two alfajores. The Lomito was incredible. It’s a bit different than Uruguay Chivito, which is the same concept but has fried egg on top, but still was amazing. The meat was a bit rough, but the flavor was fantastic. The empanadas are traditional oven baked empanadas, but here they also use a wood fire oven. This is usually how pizzas and parrilladas are cooked, but empanadas are just as amazing. The dough was very flaky and just the right amount of gold. The filling was sizable, and absolutely incredible. The alfajores were also fantastic! They are very small, and price is a big high in my opinion, but the flavor is there. This is what you would find if you went to Argentina. Overall, absolutely incredible spot. The entire restaurant if filled with Argentinian posters and trinkets, the staff is very friendly, and the food is incredible. Absolute must try!

Flaky, tasty empanadas filled with savory options in meat, vegan and vegetarian options. They even have GF selections. Menu also offers; sandwiches, soups and salads and don’t miss the sweet and delicious dessert options. Beer, wine and non alcoholic beverages. Order at the counter and eat in or out for a delicious and affordable meal in Boulder. Staff is friendly and efficient. Been going here for years and it has always been satisfying.

Delicious food. I don't eat spicy but my friend I went with said all of the spicy empanadas are good. I got the sandwich too and it was delicious as well.

The spinach empanada was excellent and the flan was awesome! They also serve Matte. That was a bit strong for me.

Amazing food. The empanadas have a perfectly flaky dough some of the best I've ever had. Fillings were all perfectly spiced and did not make the dough soggy at all somehow. There are vegetarian and vegan options. Their sandwiches are also delicious don't miss their chimichurri sauce!
