We are new residents and have been really blessed by the welcoming of the community members. Beautiful surroundings with lots of wildlife and fun activities. The fishing is great!

My father in law lives here. It seems like very nice friendly community. It is gated, nice docks, golf course, community gardens. Very relaxing, enjoyable place.

They have nicely updated it with outside eating at tables rather than picnic tables. And the inside tables looked newer too. Food was super, I had grilled shrimp and my husband corvina. Glad we ate in the back room as it’s much quieter.

I work for several residents in Sweetwater. I do cleaning, yard work, painting, etc. They all treat me like family and the office staff and pub crews are great too. The maintenance dept is awesome as well.
