The food was amazing! These students do such a great job! The only reason I didn't give five stars was because of one such student. Our servers, or assistants or whatever, were great! A little nervous and that was fine, I even mentioned they were doing well! There was a student who's coat said Dana walking around with a clipboard and I just really didn't like her attitude. She was berating people and rude! She seems to be one of those people that gets off on having some power over others. As a business owner myself I would NEVER hire someone like her, not as a team leader, not even to be ON a team. That kind of demeaning attitude is harmful and she needs to work on her soft skills.

If you want to fine dine on a budget while helping culinary students, then you need to come here. It’s reservations only and they’re not open all year but if you can beat the crowd of people that know what a true gem this place is, then maybe you can experience the amazing food and ambiance here too!

The community college-based student run restaurant with in-house brewery (also student run) really travels leaps and bounds above some of the nicer places in town. Their creativity and inspiration in food and beer are a force to be reckoned with. You HAVE to order dessert and be sure to try some of the table-side prep dishes they offer! Limited days and hours as they are only open during the school semester so make sure to check the yelp and website, but this is a great place to celebrate anything from birthdays and anniversaries to the weekend!

We were started with the best bread. The appetizers were very good we got the Hot Rock, Morel Mushrooms, and the Asparagus Salad. We then had an amazing meal of fresh carved Korean Fried Chicken, Beef Two Ways, and Striped Bass. The deserts were the best ever we had, Raspberry Souffle, Creme Brulee. We also told the server about the birthday and they made a special desert. Also Sybil was our server and she was awesome.

Been there a couple of times now and both times come away feeling like I should go every seven weeks, which is how often they change there menu with new students. One wouldn’t know that culinary students prepare and serve the food. A very unique and pleasant dining experience. Service was great as was the food. Experimenting with food with great results is the way I saw and felt and tasted tonight’s meal. Great job all around.

The quality of dining far exceeded our expectations. Culinary arts students work as chefs and front of the house. My sea bass was moist, full of flavor, savory. I can't wait to order this again on a return visit. I also had the sweet, salty and savory appetizer. Oh my...the flavors! A perfect blend served as would be expected in a find dining experience. My husband had the smoked mushroom and duck appetizer. After his first bite he closed his eyes while savoring the goodness. He also had the pan roasted duck for his main dish and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. These students have exceeded expectations and have provided a true fine dining experience.

The Heritage Restaurant presents one of the finest dining experiences in the state. The food is beyond all expectations - excellent. The atmosphere is quiet, refined, and yet friendly. The students rotate jobs within the restaurant, and take their job very seriously. They are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and make the diner feel at home. Our waitress, Stephanie, was very helpful by explaining all the entre's we asked her about, and served our meal with patience and class. We'll absolutely be returning soon.

Finally went to The Heritage for my birthday celebration dinner and it was an AMAZING culinery experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable and our food was outstanding, very comparable to any 5-Star gourmet dining experience we've had. Server Jake was both courteous and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back and also highly recommend it.
