This was the best vacation I have had and a great deal of it was because of Remington Flats! The location is perfect for walking everywhere. No need for a rental car. We were checked up on via text everyday which was super helpful and considerate. We added the romance package and it exceeded our expectations! Will definitely be staying here again. May even make this an annual trip😁❤️

My friend and I took a trip to Fort Collins for fun and could not be happier with our stay at Remington Flats. It was perfect walking distance to everything we needed in town and the room itself was adorable. The check in process was super easy and they checked in throughout to see if we needed anything.

This is our third or fourth time staying at Remington Flats and all of them have been perfect. Excellent service and all concerns are immediately addressed. Great location and an excellent value. It is our place of choice when we visit Fort Collins, which we do often.

We stayed in the Bohemian room with our dog during a visit to Ft. Collins for meetings at CSU. The location was perfect and we loved the uniqueness of the hotel. The owners were wonderful hosts and had excellent recommendations for dog-friendly restaurants. Will definite stay again the next time we are in the Fort.

Excellent hotel located within walking distance of most sites in Fort Collins. Nice room, nice property. Quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Remington Flats! The location is perfect for walking & enjoying the downtown restaurants & shops. The owners did a fabulous job with the garden space where you can relax & enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We loved our room, very comfortable and had a nice kitchen for cooking. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to FoCo!

The Remington Flats are wonderful. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. That is especially helpful coming from the East Coast with limited baggage. Annie & Doug were great and so helpful. Definitely take advantage of the bikes. Such a super way to explore FOCO.

Great boutique hotel. The rooms are fun and unique and the location is great. The hotel is walking distance from Old Town and near to many hiking and biking trails. The owners, Doug and Annie, are awesome. We held a Welcome Reception for our son's wedding at Remington Flats. Annie helped me identify vendors to use; both Doug and Annie helped to make sure the party was a success. Thank you Doug & Annie for everything!

We stayed in the Live Simply suite and it was very comfortable and likes that it was on the first floor. Everything was very clean and enjoyed the extras of coffee service and toiletries. Thank you for the bagels in the fridge. Delicious. The location was perfect for all the local sites and downtown area. Can't wait to come back.

What a wonderful place! I booked my room last minute and was pleasantly surprised how charming the room and overall establishment was. The rooms are very spacious and includes all of the amenities you might need. The outside is equally charming with a real vegetable garden and fire pit. When I come back to Fort Collins, this is where I will stay. Thank you.

Let me tell you about this place!! The moment you walk in to the patio garden, you see how beautiful and cozy this place is. It’s so inviting!! When we arrived, Annie and Doug were in the back and gave us such a warm welcome and we chatted for a bit before going into our room. The room that we stayed in is the Bohemian and it is as adorable and cozy as the rest of the place. Annie put three beers in the fridge for us, which was a great start to our brewery tour. Doug prepped our bikes for us, which the bikes are a must! You have to ride their cool bikes! I rode the sick black Schwinn, which I highly recommend; super comfy seat! All in all, I was just incredibly impressed by this place. So glad we discovered it. Do not pass it up! It’s well worth it!

Such a cute and cozy place!! We loved staying here for the weekend and had a lovely time. The owners checked in via text and were so kind and happy to help with anything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home. The garden and fire pit area is adorable and the room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The guestbook inside is such a nice touch, we loved reading through everyone's happy memories and notes. Would absolutely recommend Remington Flats to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay in Fort Collins! ❤️

Spent 10 days at the Remington Flats and was lucky enough to experience 3 of their studio apts. Fo Co ,the Bohemian and the Hemingway Studio.What a treat , each studio was unique, homey, inviting ,and all and all wonderful ! Was in Ft Collins for radiation treatment for my dog at USC So to have a soft place to land each day was just what we needed !Fond memories of this place, location , neighborhood ,and Doug and Annie right there for anything I needed ! This place is the crown jewel for the city of Ft Collins…..Highly Recommend !!

This is an awesome place the room was very clean and nice. We added the wine with meat and cheese tray and it was beyond expectations. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Communication with owner was great.

Very comfy and charming room. Full kitchen with table at which to eat. Extra seating. Comfortable king bed and great bedding. Location near CSU and Old Town is wonderful. Nice balcony/private patio to sit on and drink the 2 complementary local craft beers. #remingtonflats was the best!

Adorable and comfortable. Located close to old Town, we enjoyed walking around the area. The owners were responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything that we needed for our stay. The room was well stocked and there were many personal touches that made us feel welcome!

Great place to stay and enjoy Fort Collins. Close to everything and wonderful places to eat. The facility is comfortable and set up for pleasure. You checked every day to see if you need anything and if you are enjoying your stay. Highly recommend due to the personal attention given.

I stayed in the Hemingway studio. It was so much more than I could have asked for. I opened the door and immediately felt this warm, welcoming, calming vibe. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed. The coffee/tea station was much appreciated! Location could not be beat. I can’t wait to return!

Fantastic! I stayed in the Hemingway studio unit. Very clean, bright, and cozy. Annie and Doug are excellent hosts who are passionate about what they do, and know Fort Collins really well. They can suggest lots of things to do around the city if you are looking for activities. But it was great just hanging out in the studio, with plenty of room to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the sitting area, or work at the kitchen table, which I also did. Thank you, Annie and Doug, for creating such a wonderful experience!

Remington flats was the second stop to our anniversary trip. The little details in each room are what makes this place so special. It was very clean, quiet, and just the cutest little room. No detail was missed. We felt right at home here. We will be back!

The room was incredibly comfortable, and the local craft beer provided was a really nice touch. The room was really well equipped and the location is great for anyone who's trying to enjoy Old Town. I will be staying here again the next time I'm in town.

Remington Flats was incredible! Impeccably designed, with all you could possibly need or want, including local beers, a garden to harvest from, and bikes to borrow. It was quiet indoors, as well as in the garden, with comfortable outdoor seating. We loved it!

Great location, right next to campus. After a long day of walking around for family orientation, was very nice to go back to the room and fine two nice craft beers waiting with some chocolates. Small touches are awesome! Will stay again for family weekend.

The perfect place to relax. Quiet, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed dinner in the back courtyard. rooms were spacious and nice. Able to bring our dog and felt most welcome. Close to coffee, dinner places, campus for walks and shopping. We will be back

The Remington Flats are clean, quiet, and comfortable studios in the Fort Collins area. The owners, Doug and Annie, have supplied the units with everything to provide for well thought out needs. We were happy to have air-conditioning during a hot weekend stay. We also enjoyed being within walking distance to many places including restaurants. We'll definitely be choosing Remington Flats over the multitude of older hotels in the area.
