We got breakfast at 6:30am. Breakfast bowls and burritos here are so good. Ndeye was the only one working the counter doing everything and gettin it done!

Beware!! They will charge you more than their menu says! Update: I already reached out to the team and that email.... No one responds....

I love qdoba but this is the only one that has horrible service, the staff looked like they’re not in the mood to work or serve. They drizzle drops of queso when you request it so don’t bother to ask for any. I asked for sour cream and same thing, just very little so I asked the server if she could please add a bit more and she said no because she’s running out. At the time of pay, she just charged a burrito when I clearly had a bowl. Very bad service overall.

Great food and service but a little pricey. $20 for a burrito bowl and $5 water. Very tasty and flavorful. No steak available at this hour but will return minus the $5 water. It's enough for two servings for sure. Thanks!

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and my order was prepared quickly and accurately. I particularly enjoyed their freshly made guacamole and the variety of toppings available for my burrito bowl.

Do not eat here! The food is gross and the employees act like former Varsity workers, Rude and disrespectful. The portions are great if you like large quantities of expensive soggy bland goop. Had to toss it in the trash after only a few bites and I still fear for my stomach on this 6 hour flight. At least I'll be able to really give first class a good crop dusting as I board my flight. What in the hell was I thinking...

This is located on terminal A. It’s Like most other Qdoba, but the airport menu is limited and the quantity of chicken in the bowl was less. The line was moving slowly as they have Only one bill counter. Expect to wait for like 10 min. If you ask for a small pack of chips it’s free. You can place order online and pick up.

Low rating as service was not to be desired. Missed adding correct items asked for and just added whatever they wanted. Employees were not engaging, not friendly and act like they didn’t want to be there. Also only Qdoba in America I have been to that charges $1.69 extra for fajita vegetables when you don’t add any beans.

I love latin and Spanish inspired foods so my past 3 visits to Qdoba has been unsatisfying and a disappointment. I am not sure who the owner is but I hope that they can review this review. Though an airport worker, each time I have come here they are unable to make and serve a fajita. There are never grilled peppers and onions and there are times when there is no queso for the day or they dont know when they will have more. My food has been cold which makes my meal very unsatifying. I am realizing today that it has been the cheese or grilled onion that makes my food warm, not the meat. The price I am not complaining about, but make it worth what we spend. This bowl is disgusting for $12! Please make improvements for all customers/passengers not just other workers of the airport. Thanks.

All things considered 3.8 ⭐️. Here's the thing... there's really not much to expect from airport food. It's expensive, bland, disappointing. The first time I tried them out, I was impressed but maybe because my bar was set very low. I will say the meat was nicely seasoned. I ordered the bowl with double carne asada, veggies, pico de gallo, mango mix. I didn't want to get crazy on anything else since it was late night. It had some good flavor. I was traveling and hit this spot again last week and consistency was there. In retrospect, so were the ladies at the counter. Except the cash register... What is it with the staff serving the food? No smile, no soul, as if they don't want to be there. Jesus loves you... there's always that to smile about at least. If they can improve on customer service and be welcoming, the rating would be better.

From the jump, this place was a disaster. You’ve got some kid taking your order and when I asked him what the difference between the two peppers were he just shrugs and goes “I don’t know”. Well, I want to know because I can’t handle spicy. He then proceeds to lazily scoop me about 5 pieces of chicken and when I asked to put more he said it’ll be extra - are you kidding me? He then passes it off to a woman who also lazily rolled my ‘burrito’ that was falling apart and I almost asked her to re-roll it but honestly I just wanted to get out of there so I asked for an empty bowl instead. Absolutely rude, lazy workers here and I wish I went somewhere else.

I wish I could give a 1/4 of a star. I was at this hole in the wall at 6:30 am Monday, 10/31/2022. The girl worked the cash register and folded breakfast without changing her gloves. A woman brought the unsanitariness of the touching money and touching food the the girl cauhht attitude and continued touching customer food. I wanted a breakfast burrito but got the breskfast bowel instead.

The worst food experience of my life. halfway through my chicken quesadilla, I bit into what I thought was just a raw piece of meat but ended up it ended up being a DIRTY NAPKIN INSIDE MY FOOD! Went up to the manager, Anna, who didn't apologize and only offered 1/2 refund since I had already eaten the other half. Unreal!!! This is a public health concern and all I got was a nasty attitude. She refused to give me my receipt back and wouldn't give me the number to a regional manager. Will be contacting the health department to shut them down. Disgusting establishment with even worse people.

Rudest staff ever..... ever. DO NOT eat here.... can't believe these women have jobs. I was charged almost $16 for a chicken bowl with less than 10 pieces of chicken on it? The employees are extremely rude.... do yourself a favor and go somewhere else..I honestly would rather eat breath mints or napkins! If you don't like people.... don't work in customer service!

Don't waste your time. Rice is undercooked, they just plopped on the ingredients like it was lunchroom slop, the Pico is trash (all they did was cut some tomatoes with 2 pieces of cilantro), completely overpriced, and the food was one degree away from being ice cold. They didn't have chips either so that was a bust. I was better off waiting 5 more hours to get did when my flight landed, even tho I didn't eat all day. Won't make that mistake again

This is not a 3 cheese chicken nachos where is the chicken and rice girl got smart when I ask for a manager lords I don’t have money to be wasting on food

I didn’t expect much but just a quick bite until my next flight boarded and that’s exactly what I got . I was satisfied with the food , the customer service was okay and plain. In terms of the food it did the job and filled me up .

I ordered the beef tacos. This was the worst. Meat is not seasoned and the employee that made the tacos just slapped the tacos together very messy. Queso was good though

Went to order a quesadilla and they said that they couldn't make that at this time that the machine was down, there were no indications that it was down, just looked like they didn't want to make one. The water was $5 for nestle pure life and it wasn't even cold. The customer service was very poor overall. Recommend going elsewhere.

Very early Sunday morning. First customer in line. There were only two staff running the entire place. They did a great job. Fast and efficient. Had the chicken and egg burrito with the spicy salsa. Excellent grilled chicken. For some reason people have a very high expectation at the airport. Get over it. You will not get the same experience at a chain inside the airport that you will outside. Unfortunate staff are working with ridiculous rules. The knife they used to chop the chicken was the chained to the prep area.

Despite not getting meat they gave me a a tiny bit of beans and I asked for more beans and they said it would be and extra $1.08. First time ever and I have been to many Qdobas in the past. Food was also terrible.

It’s a typical American chain for Mexican food. Pretty similar to the chipotle, but much lower in quality. Not too bad for once or twice to have. I bought the quick lunch from here while travelling through Atlanta airport terminal. It was not much crowded. I went with a burrito bowl with brown rice, greens, grilled meat , bean, corn, fajita, avocado and salsa. I customized according to my wish and bought water bottle with it. It was filling and good as a portion size for me.

Terrible choice. Dry, burnt and yet undercooked. Flavors were rough. Just 3 veggies (corn, lettuce, tomato) and all other toppings are extremely limited. If you only want meat, rice, and black beans this is exactly where you should be.

If I could give zero stars I would . The airport has two Qdoba locations and the location on E has the nastiest, rudest employees it’s never a good experience when I come here the employees always act like they hate their jobs and hate you more because you decided to patronize their establishment .they throw your food together and barely want to give you the proper portion and always get an attitude when you say anything to them. If you want Qdoba and you are in the airport don’t even waste your time going on E just go to A concourse or chipotle because Qdoba on E will ruin your mood for the day and your tastebuds
