Great view from top of summit . plus deck views from old hotel. Drive up or hike up.limited parking at top during peak season. Well worth it for viewing at just under a 1000ft.

I love it. Very beautiful view when u are on the top of mountain. There are 2 options to hike: easy path to walk or drive a car to the top of mountain or u can hike with natural path in jungle

We hiked from the Notch parking area to the Mt.Holyoke Summit House. The trail is known as The 7 Sisters. It was a challenging hike on a glorious day. Totally worth the effort! The views along the trail were often enough to allow a break from the strenuous "ups." The view from the Summit House was the prize! Expansive on our perfect day! Enjoy!

Used to climb up to the top for many years with my children, we loved it. My recent visit was to celebrate my 70th birthday. Great location for a photo op. I highly recommend this place for a great family hike.

Found this by accident when I was on one of my bicycle club. There is no way I could ride my bike up the mountain. There was a lot of information about the old hotel inside. There was great views all around the building. There are restrooms available and lots of picnic tables for you to enjoy all the views. You just need to bring the food and drink. Also don't forget the camera. To park at the top the parking is $10.00 and there isn't a lot of parking available about about 10 to 12 parking spaces at the very top, but one tier below there is about another 15 to 18. If you don't want to pay or just want to hike up the many trails you can park lower down the mountain. If you want to ride your bicycle up hope you have great legs and strong lungs. But be for warned the road is just big enough two cars.

A cool experience getting to drive up Mount Holyoke to the summit! The views are definitely worth it! Parking is $5 for Massachusetts plates.

This is a stunning spot in any season. The state park, with its healthy forest canopy, makes for great surroundings as you hike up the hill (or drive if you prefer). The views at the top, of the river and surrounding countryside, are lovely. The summit house itself is a nice little piece of history; it has been rebuilt several times, and at one time in the 1800s it was a highly popular tourist attraction. This park is definitely worth a detour if you're in the area.

An amazing place to visit I have been coming here since I was a child! The view is amazing. Tons of great climbing rocks for kids to explore. Great slice of history! Wonderful place for a picnic. There is also a Memorial site for those who crashed into the mountain during WW2. It's a great hiking range to explore for all ages! Definitely check it out! You can also drive up to the summit if you aren't the hiking type! Parking is 5$ for Massachusetts residence and 10$ for out of staters! Enjoy!

The Summit House is as fabulous now as it ever has been. Looks like part of the road up has been widened. New blacktop all the way up made a smooth ride.

The view of the Connecticut River valley is stunning. It's a great place for hiking the trails and an outstanding Birding site. My daughter reports the trails are a favorite of trail runners!

Excellent views on a clear day. Parking at the top is $5 for in-state license plates and $20 for others.

It was too warm today and lots of bugs and flys the trail is so confusing and there is some point that we had to pass through the rocks and there was only one sign with an arrow there. The view was really beautiful though.

Beautiful drive or walk through the forest up to even better views of the valley and Connecticut river. There is a small parking lot that you pay to park, and in the parking lot is a port-o-John. If you’re there at certain times you can use the clean flush toilets located on the ground floor of the summit house. There are several picnic tables available, some are covered and some are accessible for people with accessibility needs. On the far side of the picnic area there are picnic tables with grills and another beautiful view. I am rating it only 4 stars right now because I have yet to be able to see inside the Summit House, so I’ll update the rating and review after I get inside the building.
