Do not buy any refrigerators from them. Their warranty is no good. When selling they will tell you their warranty is the best. When you actually try to use the warranty they give you all types of excuses. My ice machine broke down. My Compressor was under warranty, they gave me a "compatible" Compressor to have me stop bothering them. For the "compatible" Compresor to work I need to re-route all cables, tubes, and plumbing, making a simple installation of a replacement Compressor a nightmare. When you tell them everything you need to do In order for the "compatible" compressor to work they just will say that they gave you a compressor and that it's your problem from there on.

Don't buy from these people. Dishonest Team, Poor Products....I purchased a sandwich unit in august for 1545.00...When it arrived in October it was clearly damaged before it came off the truck. Sent it back to TX for a working unit. Here it is mid January, still no sandwich Unit. Talked to Joe weekly. He has a different story everytime. This place is the worst, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Kinda junkie, many staff around but totally ignored us, don't bother. See Mission Restaurant just down the road they are helpful, also Fogon Restaurant Supply on business 83 McAllen they are so helpful have a great inventory of new and used equipment and they are super helpful.

On 5/11/15 we received three Fridgcon FGM-49R's from Best Restaurant Supply in Mcallen, TX. All were damaged in one way or another. We asked for a couple of replacement panels for two of the three that were damaged and to repair the one that was not working at all. Over a week later, Best Restaurant sent out two service people, one of which we had to pay for the service call ourselves and were never reimbursed. Both service people agreed that the compressor needed to be replaced because the copper tubing going to the compressor had been broken off for over a week and there would be moisture inside. Best Restaurant Supply elected to only have the copper line welded back on to the compressor. The person fixing the line said that the compressor would never last. Over a month later, we are still waiting for the replacement panels and the Fridgcon that was fixed also has LED lights that do not work. I have made it clear to Best Restaurant what I would need to make this better but I have not heard back from them in over a week. So at this point I have three brand new Fridgcons, two of which look like used, beat up Fridgcons. I have communicated very thoroughly on what needs to be done. I have all emails and pictures related to these issues.

I love going to restaurant supply stores, and Best Restaurant Supply has everything you need to open a restaurant, except the food and the workers. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. They have all types of refrigerators and freezers. There are stoves and fryers, tables and chairs. We picked up a meat slicer and a heavy duty food processor, as well as heatlamps to keep our food hot. They had already delivered the big items by truck a couple of day earlier. There price are very competitive so if you need food production equipment, they are the one to see.

I’m having a lot of bad experiences with the gas range ,since day one. No problems with Ray Salinas . The company that takes care of warranty is incompetent, it takes weeks to send the technician. And for my business is an inconvenience no to be able to operate .

They completely overpriced on a lot of items. They charge Steramine sanitizer for $12.95, online only cost $4.88. Never again.
