    Drove from Richlands Va to Bristol Va. because we were in the mood for some seafood. This is a new Red Lobster in Bristol Virginia so the interior is beautiful. The air conditioning was a little high but seating was comfortable. Our waiter Logan was very nice and personable. We ordered two cocktails, then ordered lobster tails and steak. There was a slight problem with my cocktail order. A replacement cocktail was served which was fine, but because of the delay, the cocktails arrived when the meal arrived and I would have preferred time to enjoy my cocktails before my meal arrived. The price was what was expected. It was an enjoyable late lunch and the food, delicious

    Only go here once a year for the endless shrimp! When entering the restaurant, it was very clean, and the staff was extremely nice. We were greeted by our waitress, Jamie, who was absolutely wonderful. She kept our drinks full and offered new orders of shrimp everyone she went by. This year, tequila like and dragon shrimp were offered. All the food was absolutely delicious and we were so full upon leaving. Any other time Red Lobster is extremely pricy, but I feel this time of the year it's really worth the price.

    We had great food and service. I had kind of written them off years ago because I thought they were going downhill. I must say they have turned it around! Service is now excellent and the food is delicious with generous portions. Great job Red Lobster! Please give me a "like" if my review helped.

    A Bit Disappointed in my server tonight. We were seated at a small table beside the bar. Server seemed distracted and wants very busy. My plate was to come with 2 sides. Received 1. Had to ask another server for refills and bread before the dinner came out. Didn't clear dirty dishes I asked to remove SINCE table is so Small. Had about a 10 minute Wait.. Food was great as usual and of course I brought those cheddar bay biscuits home.

    We visited Red lobster again today and had I pleasant experience. The food was great and the service was awesome. The Bristol Red lobster is always good and we have come to know many of the people who work there. Everyone is always trying to go overboard trying to please the customers. Thanks guys for all you do in these challenging times!

    Absolutely delicious!! 🙏🤤 👍 We thought that nothing could beat the endless shrimp 🍤🦐 but to our surprise, Olivia, the sweet, happy, delightful server, was FABULOUS !!🤩🥳 Unfortunately with this Covid 😷 getting GOOD SERVICE, at ANY restaurant is a dreadful task. 😔 We are very thankful to finally find someone(Olivia 😁) & someplace (Red Lobster 🦞) where you can get such GOODNESS🙏😁🙌

    So I’m not gonna lie this review would have been a one star had it not been for a very observant manager. We are not complainers however we had some issues getting our food in a timely manner. We had a brand new server. I will say this the server was super apologetic for the inconveniences we experienced tonight and actually took responsibility for her part. Super impressed by that. We had one manager come over and apologize and offer to take the appetizer off and said they were short staffed. I get it. Every merchant is short staffed. However she made sure we were happy and she helped take care of us. That might have earned them a 3 star instead of one. I will say though there was an amazing manager in training who walked by and noticed by my body language we were not happy. She asked what had happened because we were so happy when we got there. We nicely told her that we were upset with the fact we had waited so long on the food and that we still had not been checked on for refills of drinks or shrimp and that our appetizer came out after the food and our food was cold when it finally hit the table. She apologized over and over and said I do truly want to make this right. We told her it was ok no biggie. She came back and refused to let us pay and gave us gift cards. None of that was necessary because we would have been back. However she went above and beyond and noticed by the fact my arms were crossed and I was quiet that something wasn’t right. She is the reason they got 5 stars!!!! (Not because we didn’t have to pay but because she truly went out of her way to try to put a smile back on our faces!)

    Would have been good but after the meal was cooked someone poured half a box of salt on it,I guess it was because I asked for no salt on my fries. The person waiting on us didn't bring tarter sauce, ketchup or butter and never once came back and asked if we needed anything!

    The food was excellent (except the broccoli). Server did not bring the condiments (extra butter, etc.) we ordered when we ordered our meal. We requested the broccoli be cooked until soft but when we received it, it was still almost raw. It took forever to get refills on drinks, by the time we got them the food was cold. We are not rich people, and a trip to Red Lobster is a rare treat for us because we can’t afford it. So it was disappointing to spend so much money for such a less-than-par experience.

    We were at Red Lobster in Bristol, VA. Logan was our server and we couldn't ask for better service. He was nice and attentive to us. We were celebrating our Mother n law's birthday and he made.sure to wish her a happy birthday. Our food was awesome. Just an very pleasant experience.

    After waiting to get seated we waited for service. And waited. And waited. Listening to small children being children, one in particular kicked the bottom of her chair. Repeatedly. Finally the manager came and offered a free appetizer for our wait. Our waitress did not check on us. After drinking all the Pepsi and all the water I had to stand up and find her. We got a free dessert for that wait. The food wasn't good enough to justify the terrible service. Even if it is next door to our hotel!

    Today was by far the best Red Lobster experience I’ve had. Kim was phenomenal. She never let our drinks get low or our bread run out. We all had the shrimp trio and it was all delicious. The food, service, and overall experience was the best we’ve had in a long time. I am quick to complain if something is really bad. I don’t say anything when things are just average. And I track down the manager and do my best to let her know her crew was awesome today!

    So first I'd like to apologize to red lobster for coming in at like 10 minutes to closing. I had no idea; I thought you closed at 10:30. However, the waitress was super patient and respectful. And shout out to the cooks who created an outstanding meal for us! And I also got to pet the lobster; bet he was delicious...I absolutely recommend.

    Had lunch today, Grilled Lobster Tail, Shimp Skewers, Grilled Salmon, and Fries were cold. The Cole Slaw was good and the first round of biscuits was hot. We do not blame our server Donna because we think she would of brought the food out to us if she would have known it was ready in the kitchen. She took the shrimp and lobster tail back on a saucer and I guess run it through the microwave. After the first long wait for the two main courses, we just wanted to pay and leave. I did get a military discount but still dropping $70 plus on cold meals doesn't make a good dining experience.

    We went there for our 40th anniversary dinner. We had never bern before. It was nice inside. Staff was very attentive. Our waitress was Michelle good level of service and interaction. We had Caesar salads and the all you can eat shrimp. There was a new item on that list but they were out which was the biggest disappointment. Left satisfied. Have not been to a Red Lobster in a few years and the prices had gone up quite a bit. Still out was a nice celebratory dinner for 2.

    Red Lobster is certainly a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ establishment! Great place to eat, wonderful food, awesome service, Miss Cathy was a very good waitress! I love the Southern hospitality our Reb Lobster shares! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Keep up the good work! Thank you for such a nice experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    The 2 new choices they have are amazing! The red Argentine shrimp tasted like lobster.... so good. I didn't much like that they went from 18.99 last year to 20.99 and took a side item away and you only get one choice at a time instead of 2.

    I had actually given up on this place because of the limited menu, decreased portion size and price, but I had a gift card so we decided to try again. Pleasantly surprised this time. New menus and lots more choices than before. Food was hot and the portions were generous. Service was good as well.

    We stopped at Exit 7 today 2/6/22 for lunch, food was fresh, hot and really good, Olivia was our waitress and was excellent, kept drinks filled, didn't rush from appetizer to soup to main dish, gave us time to enjoy each course, and was very good at her job, we eat there often and hope we have her again.

    The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, which would explain slow service, but this location seems to be terribly mismanaged. We also saw someone throwing up in the parking lot after leaving, so AVOID THIS LOCATION! Although, the server was attentive and respectful, but everything else was a very poor experience. Crab legs were dry and way overcooked. We asked for the manager and was told that the manager was actually cooking and dropping another batch in. As we were leaving, the manager finally came out and said they have been getting poor quality product, but why would you serve knowingly poor quality food? I feel like if you eat anything that's not a burger or fried at this place, YOU WILL GET SICK! Oh and the cheddar biscuits, those are pretty good.

    Red Lobster at Exit 7 is a typical stop in the chain. It is clean, well outfitted, well staffed and a comfortable place to eat. My lunch partner and I had the Thursday lunch special, a regular menu item, in this case butterflied shrimp breaded and fried with 2 regular sides. The portions were typical lunch fare, about 8 or so shrimp. I had a baked potato and steamed broccoli. For the extra charge of $0.99 I added bacon bits and chopped scallions. My potato was baked correctly, done through without tough spots, moist and soft. They don't overwhelm with the sour cream. The broccoli was fresh, adequately steamed, and I requested and received a portion of melted butter to add to it. A little salt and pepper and I was content. The shrimp was evenly breaded, not too heavy, and ours came straight from the fryer to the table; it was smoking hot. The cocktail sauce was grocery shelf quality, okay for the purpose. The rolls are always fresh and tasty. Kudos to our server. While she didn't have but a few customers to work, she provided excellent service and the appropriate amount of attention. My overall rating is simply that it's difficult for a chain franchise to distinguish itself locally. While nice, they don't. The food is good, but typical of Red Lobster. Please the majority and meet the taste and quality standards of the corporation.
