The worst place I've been to as a truck driver. 12 hrs and they have not taken one pallet off my trailer, each shift keeps saying the next shift will unload the trailer. I would not recommend any driver to come here. No restroom or even a vending machine for drivers.

Looking at the map view of this company I had my doubts about the ease of delivering here, but everyone was very friendly and the docks weren't as bad as I thought they would be. I'm not sure how the other side is. Easy access, not far from I95. Not sure about restrooms and no parking for your break but a rest area is less than 10 miles away on I95.

Every time I come here to get a load it takes a minimum of 6hrs to get loaded. Always a excuse basically boils down to 1st shift packs it off on second and the second passes it off to 3rd. One of the worst Richs to get loaded. Doesn't matter if your early or late prepare to wait.

I was looking at the map/satalite images on google maps and was kind of worried about the ease of gettin in to the back docks for my delivery. They have trailers in front of the dock,but it was not ad bad as I thought it would be they are real nice people here!! They had me unloaded in 26 minutes!!!!

Pray you don't have to live load here. I am going on 8 hours at the dock, and they haven't even opened the door without any kind of reasonable explanation from shipping. They told my company that they are shorthanded, but they had enough people to load other drivers that came in after I did with later appointment times. I will refuse every load out of this facility in the future, live load or drop/hook. There is no reason for this. If more carriers would refuse to load here, then maybe their management would do something.

My appointment was at 2pm they gave me a door, now 4:30pm and they didn’t start unloading yet!!! A old man was at the receiving office his bad behaviour and rude . I don’t like here at all

What are the appointment times for what a joke of a place. I have ten pallets to drop an they act like I’m delivering 10 truck loads why u in business if u don’t wanna handle business!

This place is ridiculous. Management needs more training, at least he “boss” who also doubles as a yard dog. Highly unprofessional and immature. They also try and hold drivers hostage if they don’t get their way by instructing security not to allow them to leave. Less than one star if I could!

Slow slow loading, but they told me it was because I was a "work in" even though Broker confirmed we had an appointment. Freight Broker Molo likes to under pay for loads coming out of here going to Murfreesboro. Try to make them pay, cheap reefer loads, frozen Mozzarella cheese sticks. -10. Loaded double stacks all the way to the doors.

Place is a joke going on 6 hours here now still no door and they can't tell me why very unprofessional other trucks keep showing up and they put them straight in a door I would advise not to even load here.

Awesome people at this facility... arrived Wednesday afternoon about 2 days late due to breakdown by another driver. These people treated me awesome and got me right in & out. Went early due to threat of incoming hurricane and they took me right away. Small dock area but I got around ok with my 300in wheelbase and 53ft trailer

We load here very often. They are always friendly and the loading is fairly quick. Second shift is usually faster but all and all a great place. Guards are nice. No overnight parking really. And it's alittle tight in the loading area but doable. Restrooms available, if u request it. Vending machines also.

Super nice staff. Security was quick and painless very nice. Shipping office was extremely nice as well. I had a appointment for 6pm and called them around 10am asking if they would want me to come in early which they said yes to... good thing cause Walmart DC made me leave and there was no parking so I had to start my clock early.

The best unloading 30 minutes My appointment at 2 pm I got there day before they give me door rtw Nice people The guard guy was amazing 👏

I really enjoy delivering to this route.. BUT...Really..? Could you PLEASE Throw a ton of gravel in the mud Flap Graveyard..at dry dock? I'd like to keep mine as I'm sure They don't offer to pay for them.. THANKS

So far I had helpful and friendly experiences with the guard and the shipping office but that's where the good ends. I showed up at 15:15 for a preload that was scheduled to be ready at 17:45 hoping to get lucky but they said they were going to have to live load me. It happens, whatever. However place is so small there isn't even anywhere for me to sit that's not in the way of traffic. They said someone would come out to tell me which door when they were ready for me, all doors were full so I was patiently waiting. A driver pulled out awhile ago though and still I'm sitting here in the middle of the road not even docked yet because apparently they're not ready to load me right now even though they have available doors nowand it's already 19:10. So 4 hours not even docked for what was supposed to be a preload and my clock is about to run out. Definitely not what we hope for in a shipper!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Don't ever live load here. Been waiting 7 hours and still no door to get loaded. Avoid at all cost.

Very bad experience yege first and they gave me the door and then they told me not always that I had to wait because another troke brought my product and I looked at the other troke and it was empty they only took the door away because of racists
