This place is a gem. Good selection of sausages, bacon, meat pies, and cheeses. Plenty of crisps, biscuits, and sweeties. I make it a point to go once a month to stock up on the essentials... Taytos and Hulas (salt and vinegar of course), wagon wheels, brown sauce, cumberland sausages, breakfast bangers, Donnelly's bacon, and a flake or two.

Everything is fresh and of the highest quality. The highlight for me was definitely the sweets section—the chocolate selection is to die for! I could also find some of my favorite teas that I haven't seen since my last trip to the UK. In summary, UK Gourmet in Bethel, CT is a little slice of Britain with its excellent selection, friendly staff, and genuine vibe. It's a must-visit for any expat looking for a taste of home or any foodie curious about British cuisine. A 5-star experience!

Cadbury Flake and meat pies...at long last we are together again after a trip to the UK 10+ years ago. It wasn't for lack of trying... This is a GREAT shop.

well stocked store with very polite knowledgeable staff. Drove 90 minutes from upstate NY to shop for real mince meat from UK and filled a cart with all kinds of other goodies too. Well worth the drive and in the future when I am in the area will stop by to restock.

Great place to pick up food items from the UK. Always a big hit around Christmas for specialty fôods and real Cadbury candy to buy as stocking stuffers. Friendly staff.

Lovely people and a quaint shop with a wonderful selection of treats, gifts and wares from the United Kingdom. Awesome selection of candies and teas, and a surprising case of cheeses and frozen foods like the potato and cheese pasties!

My Dad was looking for Scottish meat pies. This is the only place in CT that sells them. Salesperson on the phone was courteous and helpful. All of the staff at the shop were pleasant and helpful. It is definitely worth your drive!

I visited the store to pickup some sweets and found it to be a a great experience. Huge selection of not so typical European groceries it felt like you could have been in a local store in the UK. A must visit for gifts and to stock up on your classic foods

Omg! We got a bunch of candy bars and went back for more. Folks...British chocolate bars are Delicious! This is a must... something for every one... amazing tea selection, beautiful tea cups and the staff is so friendly. Felt good to spend some money there!! Do it!

Stopped in with MINI Cooper friends last weekend. They had some excellent QEII displays (funeral was that week). I always get some Brit candy or potato chips. Always a fun place.

I Loved This Store. I went in for some unique greeting cards, and found so many other amazing products as well. They were so friendly. I'll definitely be back. ❤
