Buch Spieler is an excellent record shop located in downtown Montpelier. They have a great selection of vinyl along with CDs and cassettes. The staff are very friendly as well. It's mostly street parking but there is a lot not far from the store, all are metered. There is also a clothing store right nextdoor that is accessed through Buch Spieler. I highly recommend this vinyl shop if you are in Vermont's capital.

Awesome shop. Great selection on both vinyl and CD from ALL genres. Love the aesthetic and vibe of this place too - lots to look at and plenty of room to browse through the various sections. My favorite part is the design of the vinyl flip bins. They are absolutely brilliantly constructed, with an angled front panel for easier flipping. Not having to deal with over-crowded boxy bins that damage the LP's is easily worth the 5-star rating on its own. If you are passing through I-89 for any reason, make sure and take a detour over to Buchspieler, you won't regret it.

These guys are the curation kings, possibly, the best music selection in Vermont. Plus they have a great coffee pop up shop on weekend!

I had a great, though brief, visit this afternoon picking up a really clean, fairly priced, used copy of Springsteen's Nebraska. Wish I had more time to peruse, but really enjoyed the shop.

This store is a gem! Even if you're not into vinyl, it's still a store worth checking out- it's fun to browse. The owners are incredibly friendly and knowledgable too.

Traveled a fair distance to this record store and was pleasantly surprised! Was looking for vintage albums which they had and while paying for my purchases I mentioned the last VH record I was missing and they had it, had overlooked. Will definitely go back!

Awesome record store. Classic vibe... Some off the coolest people in Monty-P. Old and new stuff, cool VT section... all they need now is some KGB wax. So proud to bring my daughters in today so they could get a big dose of hip.

I absolutely love this store and was devastated they were so badly impacted by the flood. I was thrilled when I was in Montpelier this week and saw they were back. The store is better than ever. Found two vintage vinyls. The customer service is always first rate. It is my go to for Christmas gifts.

I visited (again) from Ohio after a few years absence. The store has expanded and looked great! The owners are wonderful and a pleasure to talk music with. The gem of Montpelier in my humble opinion.

Buch Spieler is well stocked with a selection of vinyl and audio equipment, and is a nice place to hang out to listen to and talk about all things vinyl. Javier helped my wife and I choose our first turntable and we are really happy with where we landed. He was super patient, not pushy at all and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Buch Spieler whether you are just looking into records for the first time or a seasoned audiophile.
