Outstanding customer care & support. Las Cruces store manager, Victor, special ordered a product they normally don't stock. When I asked if the product could be ordered he said "Let's go see". Just like that, my searching was over. How nice to know that if something is needed, Victor will do his best to help get it. Shamrock is a great store with great products at excellent prices managed by a tremendous employee.

Love to buy some products in bulk in here plus my red chile, pies 🥧 😋 etc

Had quite a pleasant experience here. From being greeted at the door all the way up until I was loading up my groceries. Got in and out with exactly everything I came to pick up.

The young lady at the North Main Shamrock warehouse store is amazing... Alejandra Ayala..... Her smile and super friendly attitude makes my weekly vist so awesome.... She needs to be management!!!!! Another friendly lady was stocking and restocking items... Commented on how beautify everything looked. She said thanks and if needed anything that was here, she would order it for me.. I own a Cafe in Cloudcroft and seriously spend 200000 roughly with you folks!!!! I appreciate these ladies customer service skills...

Good selection of kitchen knives. Cambros. Spats. It's a restaurant supply store, mehn. It's either wait for the mail forever for certain things or go to shamrock. While you're there, go to the 99cent store next door. It's awesome.

Lots of great items at great prices. Best savings are on meat products, and bulk items so stock up!

The service is excellent and friendly. Everything is easy to find and clearly marked with both product name and price. I shop here for parties and regular household items that I need in bulk. Southwest Cash & Carry is unbeatable in my book.

I go into Cash and Carry every week to shop for ingredients. Victor is one of the managers and is excellent at helping me when I need special orders, items from the back or just help out to my car. All the staff members are friendly and they honor out of date shelf tags if something was priced wrong on accident. Having the membership and buying in cases saves a ton of money and you can always ask them to order something if they don’t have it. They also get 5 deliveries a week so you can get your items next day. Awesome business.

Decent store for buying some things in bulk. The markup is a bit high considering it is supposed to be a restaurant supply store, but you can still find some decent prices. There are commonly things I would expect them to have, but they just don't carry them, like short grain rice. But if you need a 5gal bucket of BBQ sauce, then this is the store for you!

Came here for their fresh candy popcorn. The place has great cookwares for restaurants.
