They were completely sold out of rentals when my son and I showed up to rent his equipment without a reservation. After asking a few questions about sizes and how long we needed the equipment, they were able to maneuver a reservation around so that they could help us as long as we could return the equipment early the next day. Just when I was ready to just try to find an alternative to accommodate our plans, THEY came up with a solution to help me without even being asked to. That level of customer service is something that comes as a complete shock in today's culture. Thanks, so much for taking care of us.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and great deals too. Coming from someone who has lived in Colorado, this store knows what they’re talking about and absolutely will do everything they can to make sure you are set up to succeed on the mountain.

Somewhat new to East Tennessee and live about 90 minutes from Knoxville but “discovered” this great ski shop recently. We were looking for some goggles for our ski trip to Vail and was helped by an energetic lady named Madi. She was super busy juggling several customers but made sure to answer all of our questions and allowing us to try on a few different options, and very knowledgeable. Purchased 2 Smith goggles and a helmet! Stopped in today to look at ski bags and while talking to Brett I mentioned I had purchased new boots this summer (not from here unfortunately) and there was a painful spot and showed him where and he said no big deal that’s a 10 minute fix. I asked when he could make the adjustment and how much and he said “bring them in, 10 minutes “. Not only do they feel great but now, but he didn’t charge me and gave me several pointers about the boots and my wife’s new skis. Oh and we bought a really cool Dakine camo ski bag. Knowledge and service like this is worth EVERYTHING, and when I finally replace my 30 year old Olin skis I will look nowhere else. Thanks for the great experience’s both of you!!

I am new to skiing and wanted to make sure I had all the right gear this year. Brent made sure to get me in the most comfortable ski boots they had. He also heated my ski boots so they molded to my feet. Their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I could not recommend Alpine Ski center enough!

Fantastic shop with wonderful people! Our skis needed some TLC before we hit the slopes out west and the team at Alpine Ski Center did a fantastic job. Not only did they get our ski equipment ready to go, they also were able to size and fit my wife with new boots and get me some new goggles. They took their time making sure the fitment was perfect and didn't try to rush us in any way. In addition, they are military friendly and graciously offered a discount to me. This will be my go to ski shop from now on. Thank you Matt and the rest of the team for a great experience!

Amazing experience! I purchased ski boots while in Colorado and had custom insoles made. They were the most uncomfortable boots I have ever worn. I brought them back to the boot fitters in Colorado multiple times and they only made them worse. I brought them to Alpine Ski center and got the personal attention I was looking for. They were able to shave the footbeds down and now they fit great. These guys are great! Although they were super busy I was in and out. And they really listened to me.

We had a great experience with Alpine Ski. We dropped off a snowboard to be waxed before our trip. When it was done my Marine Veteran boyfriend went to pick it up on Veteran's Day. When they realized he was a veteran they ripped up his ticket and did not change him for the waxing. What a great thing to do to honor our military veterans. We will defiantly be going back to Alpine Ski for our ski and snowboarding needs!
