The Office Depot in Southaven MS. is a godsend. They had everything we needed and more. The service people are brilliant and wonderful and patient. The tech that helped us named Mitchell was a genius and probably quit the CIA to come work here. He knows everything. There are things you cannot buy online. Sometimes you just have to see the item and sometimes you need to talk to a real person. This business has it all. I love them.

Great Place to shop....love it The staff at Office Depot are absolutely the most helpful and knowledgeable! I had an issue with one of their office chairs I purchased and they were able to think outside of the box and solve my problem! I take my hat off to them for a job well done!I've been a shopper here for quite some time, but my last visit caused a bit of an issue. However, the employee and manager went above and beyond their duties to help me out. Great experience! I visited the Office Depot in Southaven for a print. The person who assisted me was Shawn. He took the time to help me with my print job. I was a little apprehensive since it was my first time using the print shop. He made it a great experience for me.

This visit was the absolute best visit I’ve had in a retail store. Their manager, Mitchell, went above and beyond. He was the true example of a servant leader. He saved me a trip back home and went above and beyond. He showed me where some things were and helped me out greatly. I highly recommend Office Depot in Southaven. Bought an office chair and ended up with wrong handles by grabbing the wrong box from a stack. The manager had a staff member retrieve the chair from my car and quickly exchange it for the correct one at the same price even though it was slightly more. He did not act annoyed at all and made the whole experience positive. Great customer service, knows how to make someone want to come back and shop there again.

There is never enough people working at customer service desk. I submitted my order on-line and it still takes over 45 minutes to pick up when you go in. What's the reason for the online order if you're still at the store for over an hour? They need a smoother process.

Over 10 years of being a customer here. Trying to have some printing done. The person there was a very rude and disrespectful. I ask that person for their name, and the response was "my name is my name"!!! That person also said these things in front of a manager. Didn't do what the manager asked. Disrespectful to that manager and laughing about it. So "my name is my name" (ÇORBIN) I hope you have a better day. And to the Managers there, I hope you are able to help "ćorbin" present a professional image.

I went to the Office Depot in Southaven MS on 4-28-23 to buy inkjet cartridges. The young man who helped me had excellent customer service and told me about the store’s price matching policy, thus giving me $21 off on my purchase.

I recently visited the Southaven store. The clerks were courteous, polite and helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. I found what I was looking for and was able to make my purchase quickly. Will definitely shop there again.

Ordered customized sign for my business and a stamp, it was ready ahead of schedule and exactly as I ordered without any issues. The store was fairly empty and always someone behind the pickup counter, although once they just let a line form for twenty minutes pretending to be busy instead of assisting those that were patiently standing there. So once it was pleasant with a quick in-and out- with a wonderfully done order, and the second time was a twenty minute wait on a lady who clearly didn’t want to deal with customers and seemed to hate her job and/or life in general.

The store's staff was truly knowledgeable, friendly and so, so helpful. The array of available products was wonderful and greatly appreciated. The checkout process was friendly and quick. I was in and out in minutes; this was possible because a Floor Associate was able to answer a few questions I had prior to making my selection. The front end cashier was equally helpful and friendly - pointing out related items at the register, which I also purchased. The shopping experience far exceeded Chic-fil-A in all areas and Chick-fil-A is top of the line! I will definitely make this my new store. By the way, I traveled from Memphis to Southaven [15+ miles] and will continue to do so! The Store Manager should be very proud of the team. Thanks Office Depot staff! I truly appreciated the service and purchased products from this shopping trip.

I purchased a printer with the help of Justin. He found exactly what I was looking for. I had problems setting it up and he told me to bring it in with my computer and him and Mitchell took care of everything. Go here for ALL your Technical Support. You won’t be disappointed.

I needed rolls of tickets for a trunk or treat. I was able to verify stock online went to the store picked up 3 rolls of tickets, thanks to helpful staff who directed me, and got out quickly

The Office Depot representatives are eager to welcome and assist you as needed. Corbin, provided technical help in the copy ares. The cashier at one of the front register quickly checked me out and reminded me to come again, soon.

I like the Southaven location because of the ease of shopping and they always have good deals on random items. Most importantly, they always have LC3011 ink available! I would definitely refer Office Depot to friends and family.

When you can find someone working on the retail floor, they are helpful and knowledgeable. However, the shelves aren't being restocked, either because the stuff isn't available or there aren't enough people working.

The Southaven MS store manager, Kim, and associate Mitchell are outstanding examples of how a store should be operated! They were sooo helpful in my search for a copier/printer. Inventory is so low on these products, they did an outstanding job for me in securing the printer I needed!
