This was my first time shopping here. It reminds me of the old Smart & Final stores in Southern California (1980's) I found things I haven't seen in the local grocery stores and have been wanting for years!

Really darn good grocery / restaurant supply place! My wife and I stop in from time to time when we need larger quantities of something for freeze-drying, or when we need cleaning supplies or paper products. Always clean and well-stocked, with a VERY good meat department and quite a respectable refrigerated produce and freezer selection as well. The crew is friendly and easy to work with, they know right where everything is if you can't spot it.

Very friendly staff and boxes available for your products. Make sure you check out the Frozen Goods area which is on the left and you might miss it. If you are just buying a few items bring your own bags there are no grocery bags here

The sign shows red bull case at a certain price. the sign for the green red bull was 60 a case. when we went to pay for a case of the blue it was 60 even though the sign specified the green. The cashier just said i don't know why the sign says green. Watch the prices on the check out.

Use to go when it was smart and final in California then moved to Tacoma and went to cash and carry ( now both Smart Foodservice). They just opened up in Walla Walla and when I am on my way to work in Chelan/Holden I stop here. Can't seem to get enough of this place. I have a large Family so it is definitely my go to store. Great prices good friendly peoples.

I love Smart Foodservice. It is bulk shopping at its finest. No membership fees, restaurant quality, and great prices. They do sell some items in smaller or single sizing. We have purchased the best tasting strawberries here as well as quality romaine for a great price. The First Street brand has been a winner many times and we routinely default to it. Great customer service and great pricing. Great store overall.

I was in this morning with my co-worker. Their electronic payment system was down and they were having trouble running payments. My co-worker was $10 short paying by cash and Clayton (our clerk at checkout) voluntarily chipped in the $10 out of his own pocket. I have never shopped in this store, personally, but I will after today. People so kind and generous are few and far between these days. Thank you, Clayton.

Went in to pick up some items for my sister's coffee shop that were supposed to be set aside, the employee seemed a little confused, I did finally obtain the items and upon delivery came to find out the items were wrong, my sister went in to exchange the unopened items and they wouldn't. Not a happy shopper. 😕
