I would definitely recommend a visit here. Whilst I'm not a massive baseball fan, I think coming here once or twice a year is definitely worth the outlay. We came on opening day/night so the atmosphere was electric, and the Phillies won, which helped! Plenty of food and drink options, easy to move around the stadium before, during and after the game, and we were in some relatively 'cheap' seats but the view was still awesome.

I absolutely love this stadium. I've been here many times for concerts and baseball games. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The food is actually something I really look forward to. The drinks are great, especially the cocktails at Miller Lite Landing. I would recommend the margarita. As per any stadium, be prepared to drop some cash. It isn't cheap. But the prices are competitive for the area so all in all not too bad. Can't wait till the next time I visit!

Home of the Philadelphia Phillies. One of my personal favorite ballparks in the country that I have visited. This was ballpark 20/30 for me. We sat in the upper level and in our seats in the lower level and enjoyed the site lines from both spots. The food selection was awesome with so many different choices and what was really cool was they even had a gluten free stand which was the first time I've seen that. The team store is huge with tons of options. Lots of parking available and was super easy to get in the ball park and leave as well. Looking for something fun to do I would highly recommend attending a game!

Loved celebrating World Wide Knit in Public Day at a Phillies game! On our first visit to this stadium, we loved seeing all the fun areas like The Yard set up for fans. Parking was easily accessible and we had no delays arriving or leaving. The stands are great! Steep seating makes for great viewing, especially during the after-game concert by the Avett Brothers. Perfect weather, great games, and a high-energy concert made for a great visit!

One of the greatest baseball fields in the country. If you come here during a season it's a must attend! Any of the sports complexes are a good time but the food here is phenomenal, the Phillies are usually good enough at home to be engaged in the game and if not... Eh there's plenty to see and do in the stadium!!! Not a bad seat in the house honestly! The picture i included is from seats I got for 25$ each! Highly recommended

Great night at the Ball game. Got tickets the day of the game in a great location. Too bad the Phillies lost, but the Padres gained on the Dodgers

My family and I always have a great time together whenever we visit here. Let's all remember to be responsible. It doesn't take very much effort to simply wear a mask. This virus isn't going away anytime soon. Our friends, family, and our neighbors will be thankful. God Bless us all. Go Phillies.....

Went to our second baseball game in 2021. Protocols were solid. Lots of space between people in seats. Felt totally comfortable. There were lots of people not keeping their masks on but the spacing was so far and we were outside so it didn’t bother me at all.

Awesome ballpark for the Phillies major league baseball team. Lots of food choices and plenty of souvenir shops and even a kids corner playground. Just South of Center City, beautiful ballpark and atmosphere.

Great time sitting in the 1st Row of the Hall of Fame section. We had our own concession stand, bathrooms, and both World Series Trophies are up there. I got 2 $75 tickets for $119 at COSTCO, saving $26 dollars. My grown son and I h ad a blast, as the Phillies cane from behind hitting 6 home runs to win 12 to 6 over the LA Angel's. We had our choice from many games, do we choose the Angels as we never saw them play before

Love going to see games at Citizens Bank Park! I recommend taking public transportation to get here. Parking is pricey and a nightmare once the game is over. There is lots of helpful information regarding public transit online. They do allow things like fanny packs and diaper bags, but pack light. It’s worth getting to any games early to walk around and check out the stores and get food!

Comfortable place to watch the game. Access is very good. . Easy to get in, lots of food and drink stands. Good views of the pitch, with no obstructions in the way. You need to be aware that thay will not let you in with a backpack or large bag, only small drawstring type bags. Positive experience overall.

Not a bad pace to see an outdoor concert in good weather. They add volume to compensate for poor acoustics. Employees are very professional, polite, and even helpful. No overbearing security as in some other venues. Many distributed places to buy beer or snacks. Restrooms are acceptable, all things considered. If you need an elevator, don't get tickets on the 4th level. Elevator goes up to 3rd only. Ticket tip: Move your tickets from the app to your wallet because you might not get a cell signal exactly when you are going in. They can tap your phone to extract the ticket instantly without cell access. Have fun!

I had a great experience here at this beautiful park and as an opposing fan wearing Giants gear, I didn’t feel unsafe here at all (ignore the dire warnings you may have received about crazy fanatical fans). The nighttime view of the city is awesome, the ushers were helpful and friendly and plenty of relatively inexpensive (for ballpark standards) prices for stadium food.

Home of the Philadelphia Phillies! We had a great time on our visit to Citizens Bank Park. It’s a modern park with nice installations and concourses. Some concessions were card only. I will also say, you really need to know the park to know where to buy tickets. From our vantage point on the first deck, we couldn’t see the big screen at all. And later we moved to the top deck and there were blind spots of the playing field. Either way we had a great time, and I hope to go back someday!

This is one of my favorite ball parks to see a game in and not just because I'm from South Jersey. I'm a huge LA Dodger fan as well as my husband and we still attend other Phillies games when the Dodgers aren't in town just to enjoy a nice day or evening out. My children are huge NY Yankees fans, don't ask me how that happened, so we'll do our best to travel within reason to see either team and have been to more then a dozen over the last few years. The stadium is very very clean, staff is friendly and welcoming, TONS and TONS of different options for a snack, quick bite to eat, as well as a full sit down meals with waiters. The food alone could take me easily an hour to write about do you can just imagine that they have something for EVERYONE! There's a few different sections like the Hall of Fame Club, Diamond Club, as well as the lower, middle and upper decks and in the outfield a few lonely rows of bleacher seats behind the "standing room only" sections. Personally we prefer Diamond Club if there price is right or behind the away team dugout. Diamond Club offers you a private entrance and exit, separate food stations and a sit down restaurant all indoors with the AC blasting on really hot summer days. It's nice that you won't find a line ever for the restrooms which are much much nicer then the ones on the main walkway above the lower level seats. Some seats even come with your own personal concierge type Employee to get anything you could think of so you don't miss anything during a game. One other really neat feature is you can see the pitcher warming up for games inside where the lounge area just a few steps from you.

This was a group trip from Maris Grove Independent Retirement Community. Entrance to stadium was at street level with seats were a short walk from there and only a few steps down to our down. Also, a stadium host helped several of us several times during our time at the game. Food court was also a short walk from our seats. Excellent accommodations for our particular group. Only disappointment was our team lost. Wonderful outing just a5 sad ride home.

The Spartan Stadium race was held at Citizens Bank Park this past Saturday. This was our first visit to this park and it was pretty amazing. There was plenty of parking very close to the entrance. It was clear sinage as to where to go and surprisingly organized for it to be so many people. They don't allow large bags or backpacks so they had a bag check at the entrance that went really smooth as well. The stadium was well staffed, there were volunteers from the race every few steps assisting with anything you needed. They had a metal detector and guards, we got through without issue or a hold up. There were so many bathrooms close in proximity so we never had to walk far to get to one. Plenty of trash cans and recycling containers every few steps that were not overflowing. There were hand sanitizing stations, utensil, napkins, and condiment stations near the areas with food. We ordered pizza after the race and it was super yummy. I was really shocked how well put together everything was at the stadium and the cleanliness of this place. I would totally visit this park again!

As a diehard Phillies fan I may be a little biased, but I think Citizens Bank Park is one of the best ballparks in the MLB! I've been there many times for Phillies games over the years, and I've also seen Billy Joel in concert five times there. Every experience has been awesome. The park is beautiful, and it has an amazing view of the Philadelphia skyline. There really isn't a bad seat in the whole park, I've sat in many different sections for games and everything has a clear view. The staff members are always friendly and helpful whenever I go. It has such a great atmosphere and it's a fun place to watch a baseball game.

Seeing the Phillies play is always an enjoyable experience at this ballpark. Travel to and from the stadium as well as parking was relatively straightforward. I can’t attest to the prices of alcohol, but the options and prices for food were great. We sat directly behind home plate and the view was fantastic! The grounds were clean and the staff were helpful and accommodating. I look forward to visiting again and would recommend anyone else to as well.

Saw my first ever baseball game here and loved it. Views are amazing from all over the park and loved the food and drink options, Hotdog is pretty good for a ballpark. I like that there's ample parking space and park is well maintained with friendly staff and management. I can't wait to go back and see a concert or game again. IG:- journey_man16

Great place to watch a game. Pay attention to bag/purse sizes and what is permitted. If you have special needs arrange them in advance because otherwise they are difficult to arrange on the fly. If you've never felt "violated" you will after you see food and beverage prices. Go Phillies!

Big facility, clean and well kept. The only problem is how the food is set up. If you go to get pretty much any kind of food in the middle of a ball game, you're guaranteed to miss at least 3 innings. They really need to find a faster way to do their food service. It takes way too long to get any snack in this stadium. If they could fix that, it'd be so much better

I was lucky enough to attend an NLCS playoff game with my family and it was an unbelievable experience, where the stadium felt electric the entire game! They won 10-0 and the fans never lost the enthusiasm, even though we were so far ahead! All of the staff was friendly and efficient and the stadium was super clean! Getting out of the parking lot was crazy and we waited for an hour without moving, but it didn't change the amazing time we had. Go Phils!

Awesome facility! There are no bad seats in this stadium, and honestly I love that you can buy standing room only tickets and wander around the entire ballpark and just enjoy your time there. There are tons of food options as well as bars everywhere you look. I’ve been there for regular season games and post season games and they are both a blast. However if you want to experience one of the best environments in baseball, you need to go for a playoff game. It convenient to just take the broad street line down from center city to get to the game

Never a bad seat in the bank! Atmosphere is like no other and is amazing to be in. Day game, or night game, wild card to playoffs and world series is worth every penny spent. Love that it's a short drive to get here for a good ball game with my wife, family and friends.

I'm from Philly and citizens park has to be the greatest ball park. I've been to a few baseball games in different stadium and by far I think my hometown is the best you can get! Everything from the food, atmosphere, different personality and the love for the phillies. The staff that work have the best knowledge of the stadium and answers any questions that you have. I'm a big food geek lol and I swear there is no place that serves better food than hear. The Philadelphia fans are very different that anyone else and can get extremely loud and obnoxious at any time . I love it!!

Great comfortable place to sit and watch a game with friends and family. Have been to many games and have sat all over the stadium. Parking and getting out isn't as horrible as you might think. Everyone is always friendly. Everything is credit card only now.

Awesome ballpark to watch a baseball game at! You also need to get a Philly Cheesesteak and Chickie's & Pete's Fries and sauce!

Amazing stadium 🏟 very big and so organized. Enjoyed the baseball game with a great experience. The gift stores had tons of merchandise very big. The food was ok, lines did take a bit long, service was a bit slow, but staff was friendly. 📍⚾️🧢🥤😎

Great experience except for the fact that with only 18,000 in attendance on 9/9/21 the bathrooms were disgusting behind the restaurant in Center Field. Toilets didn’t seam clean, paper all over the floor, sinks weren’t wiped down. Toilets weren’t flushed. Aside from that, we had a great time.

  • 4/5 T S. 7 months ago on Google
Parking attendant was excellent, $35 parking. Enjoyed the statues around the park and restaurant at casino next door. Love the self-serve station. We attended a concert. Getting out of the stadium is horrendous, and road work taking 4 lanes down to 1 on a major highway delayed us over an hour.

  • 5/5 Jared S. 2 years ago on Google
Great place to see a game or a concert. Parking and concessions will cost you, but I love the views from all over the park. Nice selection of different ballpark favorites and some nice local specialties as well. Most bathrooms are clean depends on the crowd.

  • 5/5 Christa L (American Girl D. 1 year ago on Google
Incredible!!! The most epic concert venue I've ever been too! The higher the seat the better in this case, because you have views of the entire Philadelphia skyline, plus the sunset. There's tons of parking and all the staff are amazing too. It was worth the 1.5 hour drive from NJ to see a concert here over NYC. Awesome Philly.

  • 4/5 Reed B. 2 years ago on Google
The arrival experience wasn’t the best - as first timers to the ballpark we didn’t know the parking situation and with bad traffic, very few directional signs which often contradicted each other we ended up being late for the first pitch even though we arrived with ample time. The staff throughout the ballpark were all helpful and friendly, even when wearing items from other teams. Views throughout the ballpark were good, but the stadium lacks an iconic view or anything to set it apart from modern ballparks of this era. Lines throughout the stadium were horrible - choose your time to eat wisely! Exiting the parking lot at the end of the game was a breeze, and overall we had a good experience visiting a new ballpark!

The baseball games here are so much fun!! I love coming here for games and it’s such an awesome place for all ages. They are very strict about what size purse you are bringing in though which was very annoying. I have a small/medium size purse and was told I couldn’t bring it in. They open up and search your bag anyway going through security so I don’t understand what the problem is. When I was told I couldn’t bring my bag in, the staff didn’t offer any solution for me until I went out of my way to ask what am I supposed to do. I was then told there was a truck with lockers I could use. I think they should’ve told me that when telling me I couldn’t bring it in so that I didn’t have to get as stressed about it as I did. I thought I was gonna have to go all the way back home. Besides that, everything was pretty high priced but that’s to be expected in any sort of sporting event for the most part. The games are so much fun though so it makes up for these annoyances.

Got a Fathers Day Package which included Phillies Tickets in the Hall of Fame section ! Quite an experience, Got 2 autographs of note, Mickey Morgandini, Unassisted Triple play, and the Skipper, Charlie Manuel, popped by !! And just when you think its all over, You shake hands with the team owner and get to meet his best sponsor, Mr Yengling ! Really ?? A great venue and a wonderful experience! I love being me !! Come on down !!

Amazing Ball Park, especially compared to the old Vet. I found the seats on 3B side to have obstructed views...the pitch for the seats was such that fans seated in front of me made it hard to see the plate...I'd probably buy seats in upper deck next time. Also, cupholders were not ideal. Far left aisle has no cup holder so first cup holder is in front of the 2nd seat, which means either someone doesn't get a cup holder or you have to reach over the leg of the person next to you to grab your drink. May seem like a silly thing to review but with concessions being such a big part of the fan experience, I consider this a fail. Game went into rain delay and as a result, when game resumed, there were no more hot dogs and no more ice. There were some nice cheesesteak food options which we took advantage of. Lines were long on the better food options. Overall, great ballpark with a nice atmosphere and great old time Park feel. Concessions were what I expected with some nice local flavors. Lower level seating was not great for the higher prices.

Such a fun experience. The park is nicely maintained, concessions are well organized. It was smooth to get in with digital tickets. Everything is cashless BTW, you need an app for everything, including parking. Staff was friendly, the fans were respectful and we watched the Phillies spank the Marlins.

  • 5/5 Raymond E. 2 years ago on Google
I enjoyed the Park and the Phillies-Arizona game that I saw. The seats had great views of the field and the Phila. skyline, as well. The concessions available were also good. A fun time overall and the Phillies won which was great!

The ballpark itself was decent but getting there was horrendous. Ballpark was safe, clean and very welcoming with wonderful staff members as you’re entering the park. Simple to get to but but difficult due to obviously the popularity of going to a ballgame. Lots of venues for food, alcohol and gift shops. Prices are fair for chosen seats, food and drinks are the normal outrageous prices but I’m that what you pay to have a wonderful Philly ballgame.

This was my first visit to the Park since COVID, for a Phillies game. I was impressed with the helpfulness and courtesy of the Philly staff. I brought my regular purse and discovered it was too big. The security guard was apologetic and directed us to the locker area. The highlight was when the Phillies scored a home run. I finally got to see the Liberty Bell swing! The jumbotron kept us entertained and the crowd energized when the field action lagged. We took the Broad Street line which made travel quick and easy.

  • 4/5 Colin B. 1 year ago on Google
Truly a great baseball experience!! Lots of very interesting displays, trophies, statues, pictures, etc., celebrating the history of the Phillies. It's an open air stadium with plenty of food stands but honestly, the variety of food selections could be improved. We ate at Bull's BBQ and it was delicious! Seats are comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms and a few souvenir/clothing stores. Parking is plentiful but as with most stadiums, it's a challenge getting in/out of the lots.

I love this stadium. They have an amazing array of food options! I loved the crab fries! Don’t forget your cheese! Their stadium signature drink was delish! Not too strong and certainly not too weak! The stadium was clean and the staff was very helpful in helping us to our seats!
