They are Very friendly and kind. They definitely deserve more appreciation then what they receive. Grand island isnt the friendliest place but the individuals at this location do care, I wish more places in this town were as welcoming and friendly. You beautiful human beings keep doing what you do. You are very important for all that you do. You deserve the best ❤🌎💯

Serve basic meals twice daily 12am to 1pm, 5pm to 6pm Sunday threw Friday . Sunday meal is served only at 5pm to 6pm and that meal is served by community doners and or local charities. I thank God and the staff for if it went for them I would have gone without many meals. Thank you.

If you are down on your luck and you're hungry or tired The salvation Army does more to help people in need than all other charities combined. These people will help anyone and everyone. They have a shelter for men and (Hope Harbor will help women and children). If you need help go here and you won't be turned away and if you don't need help, go here and make a contribution to help the Salvation Army help others.

We're should I start this place saved my life from the men's shelter manager to the meals cooked and available to the community to even helping me with a food box when money was not an option thank you for your services I'll be sure to volunteer to show my thanks

The folks there were really nice, helpful and respectful. They were very kind at the Food Pantry. I'm a US Army veteran, but the right now, the staff at the Grand Island, NE Salvation Army are my Heroes!

Friendly people. Had bottled orange juice and different kinds of bread to give away. The meal itself (meat) wasn't very good.

My husband and I eat supper at Salvation Army when we don't have much food at the end of the month. We have lived in Grand Island NE. for a real long time now since June of 2003. Salvation Army has been good help with food even with their dinning hall where they feed the public every day for lunch and supper each day at 5:00 pm every week day.

Have always loved those folks😃
